So what’s everyones prediction for tomorrow? I’m calling a continuation.
Tomorrow is an arraignment (per the clerk of the court). I spoke to an attorney in Virginia Beach (Breit Law) who says that because it was moved to the J&DR the entire process starts all over again. As such new arraignment and the like. So I think this actually gives us a good plan for Ralph: he's pleading out. Remember on his show last night that he said he "might" be talking about the Vickers starting next week. This could mean he's planning on holding out until his court date which could be next week, but I think it's more likely that he's planning on pleading out since he has a higher chance of getting into a diversionary program via the J&DR. We should know more tomorrow in any case.

Also if there's any way to arrange a deal that doesn't involve him going behind bars for his previously existing sentence, that would be a huge win too. I'm thinking he has to look serious for that, though. Like inpatient treatment. Not just some bullshit where he gets to pillstream and get drunk while streaming like he's gotten away with so far.

It's possible any deal involves no jail time, but he'd do probation and the like. The question, of course, will be violating his probation he's already on which I don't believe this court will have authority over, though the prosecutor might have the ability to negotiate that at the same time. He could just see some more probation, inpatient treatment and the like but honestly I don't think the diversion program will help him in the slightest. He simply lacks the discipline and self-control necessary to succeed on it.

We looked at that statutory language and iirc it had a lot of "may" in it and not much "shall."

The court holds a hearing on it. If they find good cause that it was violated then they shall revoke the suspension and may pronounce whatever sentence it seems appropriate.

In any case it makes for some amusement, but I think he's pissed that the records aren't sealed like he thought and if he doesn't get off scot-free then we'll know about it shortly after everything is decided.

Look at the A and B pararaphs of that statute where whether there is even a hearing at all is a "may."

I'm not disputing you here, simply because your knowledge of the law is superior to mine. I'm just saying that while it's a lot of "may" involved this one is definitely a case where there is likely to be a hearing for violating his probation, since there will be a conviction/pleading to commission of another crime.

If Ralph is currently on probation and has a misdemeanor. That is a violation of probation (VOP) and could be put back in jail for the remainder of his unserved time for the original issuance of the probation OR extend his current probation (with COVID because it is a non violent crime THAT COULD happen). Seeing the severity of the case and the consistent infractions with the law. Ralph could end up going back to jail for his earlier probation and add additional time for this current infraction.

You people talking about him pleading out. That is only an option IF the prosecution offers it. The only options Ralph has for this is Guilty or No Contest of the the charges. Considering the amount of evidence that he did indeed release the video and even boasted about it multiple times. He is going to have a bad time if you ask me. ESPECIALLY if this is a jury trial. His online persona WILL NOT endear him to normie jurors.

If the judge in charge decides there is a revocation hearing, I am pretty optimistic he gets ass-raped. But if he doesn't, well, he had a "may" choice and just chose not to do so. If the judge exercises the revocation hearing, though, Ralph is getting ass-raped savagely.

I think this goes without saying for everyone here, but:
Ralph, pleading out is not winning. To win, you have to go to trial and be acquitted. If you take a plea deal, you lose. Taking a plea is admitting you're guilty.

If Ralph ends up in prison, does the state have to pay for his HRT? Maybe that is his goal all along.
A Raegan appointee in Massachusetts ruled a few years back that the government not paying for HRT constituted "cruel and unusual punishment" under the Constitution.

probably a dumb question, if we get a gunt day miracle and ethan ralph is hauled off back to jail, to his true sty where he belongs, will he have enough time between sentencing and incarceration to give us one last hefty dose of cope and/or seethe on the killstream?

He'll need plenty of melanin, wigs, and Gorilla Glue to make a fully complete transition to truly being Ethaniqua O'Liver Ralph.

They just had a kerfuffle about some tranny diddler in Idaho getting HRT and being sent to a women's facility as well, and I think she won. It being Idaho, they made absolutely no bones about saying "fuck this faggot rape-o" and trying to stop it.

If it means extra time in jail, he will shove that Nokia up his ass just so he can text "BROKEDICK JOSH MOON" from his cell while they're giving him his cherry Kool-Aid lipstick and prepping him for Jamal.

Ralph is well ahead of the curve in regards to transitioning. He already has tits.
Sadly for Ralph, neo-vag depth is dependent on penis size. He wouldn’t get a vagina, he’d get a second bellybutton.
I mentioned in another thread his penis passes for an enlarged clit so really all they'd have to do is remove the balls and drill a hole in his taint and he's good to go.

My win condition is the judge rules that he can make money livestreaming as long as he announces that he is a sex offender every time he introduces himself every night.

Rate me optimistic but I'm not here to win I'm just here to laugh.
