A grand number of users on social media sites are actually Shaner socks and we don't even know it. Just another part of the vast Lenspiracy.
 
The story about buying a gun is classic Shaner- he wants to make people draw some sort of connection and back off on threatening to get his SSI taken away among other things. It's his passive-aggressive-autistic-lenspiracy tactic.

He's an idiot, obviously, and should go with the PD. If he'd just been charged with simple trespassing, it would only be a summary offense and he wouldn't be entitled to counsel (unless Pennsylvania does provide counsel under such circumstances which I doubt). As it is, though, he's charged under 18 Pa. C.S. § 3503 (b)(1)(i).

Specifically, [a] person commits an offense if, knowing that he is not licensed or privileged to do so, he enters or remains in any place as to which notice against trespass is given by. . .actual communication to the actor[.]

As subparagraph (2) explains:

[A]n offense under this subsection constitutes a misdemeanor of the third degree if the offender defies an order to leave personally communicated to him by the owner of the premises or other authorized person[.]

I.e., he was told to fuck off in no uncertain terms by a person authorized to tell him to do so, and did not do so, being the giant autistic dumbass that he is.

Actually, he has three other counts of reckless endangerment too. That's actually a somewhat more serious offense.

A person commits a misdemeanor of the second degree if he recklessly engages in conduct which places or may place another person in danger of death or serious bodily injury.

In theory, he could end up in prison if consecutively sentenced on all four charges, as opposed to concurrently. In practice, it's pretty likely they'd be sentenced concurrently, be under 12 months, and even more likely be less than that. A fine or something.
