Autistic people have issues with ambiguity, and can go out of their way to frame even the most gray-area situation in black and white. "I don't like my breasts" can mean a lot of things! But if this girl is trawling the depths of FtM Reddit and YouTube in her spare time, it means they need to go AND they're now male on top of it all. It makes sense to them with the identity issues that come with females who have autism.

She seems to hyperidentify everything that's feminine to her with breasts and if they go, she's no longer a woman at all.

It's my understanding that these drugs being used for the purpose of treating depression, anxiety, OCD etc. (whether it be ketamine or psychedelics) are done in a controlled environment. Therapy beforehand, having set intentions about what you want from the experience, a set dose and supervision during the trip, followed by integration of the trip experience afterwards with more therapy. While there may be some mild "benefit" getting off your face on these things as street/party drugs, I think it's unlikely to help long term in the same way using it as a "tool" in a medical setting will.

Being again a captain obvious and late but Tranners are always trying to pass this "i have a female/male brain in a wrong body" even if it was truth you are NOT your brain but all the conjunction of your organs, blood, hormones, etc.
Brain is where your personality and the commander of the functions of your body: if you are a male but feels like a woman or whatever because "your brain" you are still a man with a feminine brain. It they could accept the fact they will never be a woman and embrace who they really are there wouldn't be 41%

There are different varieties of ketamine, and they all show up on the street. The animal-targeted ones are popular since they hit hard. $1000/dose is absurd, maybe some Beverley Hills mental health clinic for the stars would charge those prices. On the street you can get a moderate dose for $10-20. K is also useful for pain relief, the physical disassociation can relieve pain in a different way from opiates.

Treating depression doesn't require a different variety of the drug so much as a different set and setting, people taking it with plans to party won't get into the right mental state. Psilocybin has also performed well against depression, I've read of and personally know people who had significant, permanent relief from depression after a few mushroom sessions, but that's also down to mindset. A "let's get fucked up!" mentality won't yield those kind of results.

Meanwhile, in every other mental illness ever, the professionals say something like, "Don't give power to the intrusive thoughts because they will spiral and become worse.".

If the treatment for dysphoria was some CBT (not cock and ball torture - every trans person ever would assume I meant that though) or DBT to learn how to manage those distressing thoughts, then we'd have a much different world right now.
 
Today, I was walking some final semester nursing students through a c section. I just don't understand how men can fetishize pregnancy and delivery of a child. The experience is gross and dangerous. Blood spurting everywhere. Chunks of fat flying several feet. Vaginas are gross and pregnant vaginas are 100 times worse. Troons are insane.
