Yes, but that is a reupload, the original was taken down by Team Tesch and she had to change quite a bit.
Do written critique. Put it in a blog or a dedicated site. Preferably your own host, or some host that has a non-shitty approach to copyright enforcement (i.e. actual lawyers who aren't asleep at the helm, like YouTube has).
As far as I heard, Tesches didn't try to approach Conjugal Felicity, and I guess that's because they didn't have a nice and easy "hit this report button to automatically ban this meanie" functionality on their website.
...Heck, you could probably post it here, because it is a truth universally acknowledged our mods don't suck. Mods probably could find it refreshing if they could get a break from Moleman's demands anyway...

It would probably need a thread of it's own, honestly, the critique I planned for youtube was actually a trimmed down version of analysis! Still, it's a good idea, I'd already written down lots of notes to begin with, so it wouldn't be too difficult.

Staff member wants it....who am I to say no? Wait...

'Checks notes'

I don't have enough quotes.....which means I need to read the book again...

Honestly, didn't expect her to be both an animu fan and someone interested in cosplay. Kinda surprising.

She's more than likely playing the part of "Animu fan".

Most convention goers buy merch that suits them and their specific tastes. That being said, I can't imagine a ton of people coming to her booth, as her book is far from manga or anime (or coherent thought).

Three more questions/remarks:

  1. Did they really hire an orchestra and choir to produce the soundtrack? How much money does Gerry Tesch have?? Or is this music digital?
  2. The battle segments (with the knights and archers) have obviously been ripped from some other movie. Does anyone know which one?
  3. The end (with the souls screaming in hell and that devil character kissing/eating his pet snake) looks like it was co-directed by Jack T. Chick.
God damn that trailer is a hilarious trainwreck.

Do it!!! Write a review -- it's totally fair use.

Just saw this:

Oh dear.

That was June 4. As per June 7:

Yes, certainly. We want to avoid negativity, don't we?

Let's see, Caitlyn Jenner, Olympic Gold Medalist, dealing with with all the bigotry and shit from coming out as transgender. Gloria Tesch, self-published, narcissistic spoiled brat who's had everything in life handed to her by Mommy and Daddy.

Also, I don't recall Jenner pitching a fit over any negative comments -- which have been far, far worse than anything Miss Tesch has received.

I've read the first several chapters (they're really short) of the second book to some people and yeah, there's a lot of tripping over the prose. One way to check word flow is to read it out loud, but I'm sure very little consideration was given to editing anyway.

If I weren't busy with other projects lazy as shit, I'd critique the books myself. There's so much, it's less shooting fish in a barrel and more launching a rocket at said barrel.

I know this sounds (well, is) expressly cruel, but does anyone else think the Good Doctor Tesch is going to run afoul of a personal scandal one day?

Think about it: A middle-aged man, conservative in politics and presumably evangelical in faith, getting wrapped up enough in an adolescent girl's flights of fancy enough to not only bankroll them, but claim credit for it.

Not saying armored-closet gay. Just saying, we've heard it before.

Or the idea is totally stupid and malicious and I should feel bad.

(Still has minor professional scandals to contend with, though.)

Just excerpts from Amazon. I will not buy. :P
Yeah, same here although if I ever found a copy in a used book store or at a yard sale I'd pick it up.

So far the cheapest I've seen is $2.99 for the Kindle version and still feel it's $2.98 too expensive.

Besides, I need to bone up on the material before seeing the movie in order to understand all the nuance that little Glo Glo put into her characters.

You forgot the apostrophes either side of 'characters'

As a progress update, I've been reading through the beginning of the book again. I want Joey to die. On fire, covered in bees and scorpions, while watching his dog being fed through a meat grinder.

Oh, heavens, now what could the dog have done?

Wait, given what I've seen of the 'Saga' so far .... Suddenly I don't want to know.
