The problem is that the corporations have way too much power in this country and practically are the de facto government. The actual government is pretty much the bitch of the corporations.

I get you're baiting but corporations being exempt from the Constitution when they pretty much run the country via controlling both parties actually is a problem that needs to be addressed.

There is a clear enforcement bias about how radical a position can be, it's a fact that radical positions on the progressive side are far more tolerated than radical opinions on the conservative side, even when breaking the same rules.

Not only that, but radical positions on the progressive side get more leniency with breaking terms of service than mainstream positions on the conservative side, and that's where the issues begin on my opinion.


let's not pretend social media bans exclusively far far right ethno nationalists, Once you label reasonable sides of a debate as transphobia, xenophobia, racism, not much more than a single side of an spectrum gets allowed to freely discuss gender issues, immigration and racial protests, you narrow the spectrum of opinion allowed artificially.

The more selective towards one side the enforcement of rules get, the craziest the ecochamber effect becomes, suddenly questionable social policies become "consensus" only because you created an overly hostile environment for the other 50% of the population to disagree with, the Nick Sandman episode was a good example of the amount of leniency calling for violence one side has over the other, it's unrealistic to believe this doesn't distorts the discourse.

The problem is not only that corporations Are the government nowadays, the problem is that they benefit from taxpayer money all the same, all while having a incredibly convenient excuse for how they should be allowed to do whatever they want because they are private entities, so they are not beholden to the constitution.

This is pretty clearly just a dumb photo op to connect with those hip young gamers, but have you ever been on a stage or recorded yourself in a setup like that?

You get used to lights like that pretty quickly. Plenty of streamers that actually put effort into their "craft" pick up big studio lights and softboxes for much the same reason, given that using a ceiling light/standing lamp and your webcam's onboard light is the definition of "good enough I guess."

I have no idea what 'poggers' is supposed to refer to, but it's just a regular studio lighting fixture. Maybe excessive given he's not running a green screen or something, but I haven't tried to light black men before. He's not a Twitch ho, it makes sense to use real lighting rather than one of those LED ring things.
