As you noted in the Boxershorts47 thread, when a rabid libertarian ideologue with right leaning sympathies starts their autistic ramblings it is only a matter of time before they end up arguing a pro-pedophilia/pro-CP position. It is almost like they start with the political position "I want to fuck kids" and build their arguments and worldview from there. I've seen it happen so often the moment I hear a person start with the familiar arguments I'm expecting it. Having one not eventually bring up a pro-pedo argument is like having a Mormon door knocker not eventually bring up the subject of religion.
People like him are one of the main reasons I moved away from libertarianism and became a neoconservative, so Larson did manage to do some good in his life.

The forum communities around this weird me out. I find it baffling that any actual preteens would willingly hang around this guy. I also think that the posters posing as underage girls are actually adult males getting off or just trying to get CP pics. Maybe there is actually some real underage females over there, but the possibility of them being real life males is too high.
That 'inclusiveness' is pretty easy to figure out, predators look for victims who are vulnerable. Who's going to be more vulnerable than a 12 year old girl? A 12 year old girl going through an identity crisis or who is insecure enough to buy into the nonbinary crap in the first place (and if they find one of those quacks that put kids on hormone's like they're candy, then good luck to them ever sorting themselves out). That' not even going into the correlations of inadequately treated autism and molestation among children that undergo any level of transition in the first place.
