Whether or not there's any evidence of it is irrelevant; whether or not every smoking gun turns out to be easily explained and immediately forgotten about is irrelevant; it's an article of faith.

The reason that your retarded street shitter last hope is 'filing in Massachusetts' is that he was a joke candidate in the Republican Senate primary to run against Ed Markey.

He claims to believe that he totally beat the actual GOP candidate, Kevin O'Connor, who took 33.0% against Markey's 66.2%

His main lawsuit appears to be this one, and the judge's response is not 'favorable'. He's letting the lolcow down slowly as he's a retarded pro-se litigant.
  1. Ayyadurai has not requested the appropriate remedy
  2. He didn't sue the right party
  3. Because he didn't sue the right party, the judge could just have dismissed it outright
  4. Judge Wolf is letting Ayyadurai try to amend his suit to make some sense (which he will fail at) before dismissing it rather than just dismissing it outright immediately because that will be less work than dealing with a whole new lolsuit

I would argue this, but I live down here in the hicks, guns, and weed part of the state. The part that can actually carry its own weight unlike blue ass Portland, and it's pretty red down here. I kind of expected there to be some change down here, but I think even the dipshits in Salem knew it would be a dumb idea to rig this county after they let two of our suburbs burn to the ground.

All things considered, I do find it rather suspect that Shiva lost out to Kevin Connor, and then subsequently lost out to fuckin' Ed Markey during the senate race back in September. Rainbows galore, but I hope this progresses further.
