The name of the prosecutor for Ethan's case, assuming it would be the Commonwealth Attorney, is Libby Tribble. I wonder what her stance is on revenge porn.

It's a relatively minor charge on its face, being only a misdemeanor, but it's also a new crime and a prosecutor who wants to make a reputation would generally jump on a chance to prosecute a cool new crime and be one of the first in the country to do it.
