They have to also prove this statement was made under duress or by threat so it cannot be entered as evidence at all.

Do they? It seems like hearsay. Obviously Faith could be called to testify about it.

Which would be pretty unwise, if Ralph gets an actual lawyer and the lawyer suggests doing it. If she's on the stand, she can state that she made those statements when she believed Ralph's lies due to his physical and mental abuse of her. Which probably wouldn't do him any favors.
 
Ralph definitely has a right to a jury trial, but the vast majority of misdemeanor crimes are handled by a bench trial. It's very hard to get a jury trial right now in any place I'm aware of, also. So if he wants to have one it'll drag it out a lot.

As only the revenge porn thing I can't see it sticking. That statute has several constitutional/procedural problems, and that's before we get to witnesses/evidence problems.

If Ralph has problems it's that going to be with his parole. Condition one is always obey all laws, and in most states they only have to prove a conditional release violation to the civil standard, not the criminal one. The civil standard is essentially just "more likely than not". They can generally also still pinch you for a pv based on laws violations even if you win the other criminal case. His PO doesn't have to file it now, either.

TL;DR Ralph isn't likely to go down on the new charge, but could end up having to complete his sentence for beating up the cop a couple years ago because of it.

If they show a JURY Ralphs Revenge Pornvideo he is going to get the death penalty for sure even if thats not the right punishment for his crime ^^ !

My guess is that the prosecutor will offer him a fine with no jail time for a guilty plea. That's how almost all misdemeanors with no minimum jail sentence are handled. Almost all defendants take such plea offers--even if they have a strong case--so as to avoid the risk of losing the bench trial and being sentenced to jail time by the judge.

This situation is atypical. If he takes a guilty plea then he may fuck himself resulting in a parole violation (which would likely result in a 60 day jail sanction), a civil revenge-porn case, and a bad hand in future child support dealings.

So he might have no real choice but to roll the dice and go to trial. If he loses, I can imagine the judge issuing a harsh sentence given the disgraceful circumstances of the case and the deleterious nature of the Gunt.

I've been thinking about the outcome of both the trial and the daemon baby as a season or even series' finale.

1. The revenge porn case
A) Ralph gets acquitted, but stuck with a legal debt he has no chance of paying off without a real job.
B) Ralph is sentenced to a fine, a prison sentence of under six months or otherwise a relative slap on the wrist.
C) Ralph ends in prison for six months or even more.

2. The daemon baby
A) Faith miscarries.
B) Someone else is the father and bonus points if Ralph may still be on the hook for child support because the family "court" said so.
C) Faith successfully spawns the guntling from her hatchery and Ralph has to pay child support. Possibly for the rest of his life if the kid has the Downs'.

My personal favourite is the combination of 1C and YoRHa model 2B as a fitting series' finale, though I consider 1B and 2C most likely. 1A and 2A would obviously be the best case scenario for Ralph. However, even then he'll be stuck with a serious legal debt as no serious law firm will accept payment in lemons or gunt crease and I doubt the he has legal insurance. Not to mention him failing to own Josh and the Karenfarms propagate the white race and having to constantly hear Sargon's eternal smuckling whenever he closes his eyes. In other words, even if Ralph gets the so-called "golden ending", for which he'll need the amount of luck that only gods among men like DSP have, it will be a Pyrrhic victory at best.

How do you think the saga will end vs how do you want the saga to end?

I'd lay odds on Faith aborting and telling her family that it was a miscarriage. She lives in California and seems like the type who wouldn't shy away from something like that.
