Well there is a free space open in their thruple now that Faith is out...You'd think he'd drop "pedo" as his go-to slander seeing as how he's dating one. Maybe Ralph's just hitting on Jersh at this point?
The true faggot is one afraid of not censoring it.
Actually it's not. If you have something like public intoxication, drunk driving, or something else where a cop can witness, in real time, the crime happening it's a whole different issue. However, this is a he-said-she-said issue so it's not a violation. Now, if they tell him to have a blood test to test for drugs or alcohol (assuming not drinking was a requirement for his probation) and he fails it, he's back in for a probation violation.Merely being arrested is a probation violation. What are you talking about?
I work like 5 minutes away, not a big deal. Apparently you can call beforehand to get in to some kinds of hearings so if there's anything else I'll try to get in next time.
Double cope.

"5-minute hearing" sounds about right for an arraignment, though, which is mostly sitting and waiting. The really interesting question is how soon we'll get a real hearing, so hopefully the record site updates soon.
Literally not a he said/she said issue. This is for the revenge porn, not the DV.However, this is a he-said-she-said issue so it's not a violation.
And in this case she alleges he committed the crime, he says he had her consent. So yes, he-said-she-said.Literally not a he said/she said issue. This is for the revenge porn, not the DV.
Until there is an evidentiary hearing it is. If he pleads not guilty, she said he did something, he said he didn't. Until the facts of the case are laid out and explored that evidence may as well not even exist.Literally not a he said/she said issue. This is for the revenge porn, not the DV.
If he gets a female judge he is fucked imo. If a prosecutor wants to look good, this is a slam dunk, white nat wannabe hits his woman, does drugs on stream while on probation, and released revenge porn. This could easily lead to 5+ years in jail.If I had to wager a guess I would say he’ll beat the domestic violence charge, but I can’t see a way for him to get out of the revenge porn charge.
As has been stated and documented at least ten times in this very thread, no. You're wrong. And in this case she alleges he committed the crime, he says he had her consent. So yes, he-said-she-said.
Which still makes it a he-said-she-said issue. The cops don't know for certain that shit wasn't faked. They don't know for certain that he wasn't given permission to release it. They are going on her word for the charges and arraignment and now they collect the evidence. This is the literal definition of "he-said-she-said".As has been stated and documented at least ten times in this very thread, no. You're wrong.
She was in the psych ward when he released the tape. There are documented text conversations between them where she is asking him how the tape got released and he said he was hacked. Then he later accidentally admitted that he did it and she freaked out on him over it because he lied to her. Holy fuck, dude. Read the thread. Look at the evidence before you start making retarded statements like this.
And that will be presented on the evidentiary hearing. He´s already out and tweeting, mate; there´s no point discussing it.As has been stated and documented at least ten times in this very thread, no. You're wrong.

There's also Ethan Ralph's reputation as a woman-striking felon who can't complete parole without getting it extended to consider in a he said/she said dispute, which is arguably worse than "emotional, unstable teenager"The choking shit is more of an apt example of her reputation fucking her though,
Presently the revenge porn is the only charge before the court. The only way I see him weaseling out of this would be paying a good chunk of his nest egg to fight tooth and nail, but for a charge that carries a fine of 2500 that seems silly. Plead guilty, hope they dont wanna throw you in jail due to covid, pay the fine and lick your wounds. Ralph is too ego driven to do this though, it would look bad to his audience. If he gets a female judge he is fucked imo. Unless it depends on the state which I assume it does slightly though we've had a full interstate system since 1951 regardless, from my understanding any crime can be a violation.Actually it's not. If you have something like public intoxication, drunk driving, or something else where a cop can witness, in real time, the crime happening it's a whole different issue. As for how long this arraignment is going to be, probably a few hours because he's not the only one there. Once he's in front of the judge it's usually pretty speedy, though.
So it's really about how badly they want to fuck you, and they're dealing with Ralph. Draw your own conclusion from that.Offenders are ordinarily required to maintain law-abiding behavior, and may be ordered to refrain from possession of firearms, remain employed or participate in an educational program, abide a curfew, live at a directed place, obey the orders of the probation officer, or not leave the jurisdiction.[3] The probationer might be ordered as well to refrain from contact with the victims (such as a former partner in a domestic violence case), with potential victims of similar crimes (such as minors, if the instant offense involves child sexual abuse), or with known criminals, particularly co-defendants. Additionally, offenders can be subject to refrain from use or possession of alcohol and drugs and may be ordered to submit alcohol/drug tests or participate in alcohol/drug psychological treatment.[4] Offenders on probation might be fitted with an electronic tag (or monitor), which signals their movement to officials. Some courts permit defendants of limited means to perform community service in order to pay off their probation fines.[5]
