He's has committed multiple documented felonies while on probation, which he should have already gone back to jail for if his PO wasn't a completely worthless human being who sucks at their job. If Ralph is found guilty for revenge porn, all of this is going to be looked at while the judge does a character assessment.
This isn't a jolly fat retard who fucks up every once in awhile. Felonious behavior is part of Ralph's standard operating procedure, and this will make an impact on whatever sentence the judge decides to hand down. This all hinges on him being found guilty, and this is way more likely than a lot of you seem to think. From the evidence I've seen, it's pretty clear that he's guilty. Go back a few pages and look at the clip of Rekieta. Even he says that it looks like Ralph did it.

This isn't a he said/she said court case. There's documented evidence of Ralph doing this shit with lots of text message conversations backing up the videos.
