Doubt anything will come of this (except me laughing at the amount of salt it would cause when inevitably nothing happens) but the most interesting thing about this post election cycle is learning the steps it takes to verify election results which is something not heard of much beyond popular vote determines who goes to electoral college and stuff.

...okay, so, isn't that a problem of ALL AZ voting? A state license would be used as proof of citizenship at all levels of voting.
You still need a state ID# for this form, which is provided:
"Federal law requires that states collect from each registrant an identification number. You must refer to your state's specific instructions for item 6 regarding information on what number is acceptable for your state. If you have neither a drivers license nor a social security number, please indicate this on the form and a number will be assigned to you by your state." so you're alleging that AZ hands these out like candy to people who can't legally vote?

The best answer right now is nobody knows- does Pence have exclusive authority over which votes to count? Would selecting the votes based on which ones are certified by the governor be unconstitutional, especially with the questions raised in the Texas lawsuit over the legislatures' plenary authority being eroded that were ultimately never addressed? Can the Electoral Count Act simply be ignored if it's also considered unconstitutional (after all, it introduced the idea of governors certifying something that the constitution delegates to the legislatures, iirc)? At what point would this fall to a contingent election, if at all?

The shortest way to put this is, competing slates of electors could result in a constitutional crisis. You can argue whether this is justified due to the serious allegations of fraud (backed up by strong statistical evidence, polling place irregularities, lack of transparency, courts not addressing the merits of lawsuits, etc etc), but that's the reality we're faced with now.
