From what I can tell, there are still ongoing suits at the state level. The Texas one had “celebrity power” and I genuinely thought it was gonna be a happening. However it seems that this is not “the one”.
If that one wasn't "the one", then none of the other ones will be either.
Wisconsin just slapped down their lawsuit just like the USSC.

Thank you Biden voters for placing the United States under the control of my state, the greatest state in the union, Sovereign California. After Biden is discarded, Kamala/Pelosi and their angel of malediction Xavier Becerra will make you all wear the happy face.

We will have all the power (California is the largest importer of electricity!). We will have all the social influence.

California Uber Alles
I hope we get calexit soon so we can drain Lake Meade and finally have the Colorado reach the sea again.

I asked this a week ago and I 100% called this thread totally falling into blatant fascism.
The funniest thing is at the time you all refused to answer me and be honest about your authoritarian dreams, but now you've gone "mask off" unironically calling for civil war and wanting Trump to "cross the rubicon".

Why can't you just be honest and say you're fascists?
You do know by most metrics the left actually fall under the definition of fascists, right? Most people who are questioning whether civil war or "dictatorship actions" are whether the left is serious about its calls to violence, in that case defending yourself is not "fascism." That's self defense, and could easily be questioned on whether you have a severe case of deflection going on.

Even then again most people do not want any violence they want to be left alone something the left and democrats have no visible comprehension of.

The Civil War talk is Fedposting. Congrats Pres Kamala.

Jack Scalfani is stunning and brave and unless you’d get down with his beautiful deformed handicapped body I’m going to assume everyone is a fascist fedposter trying to get us to do stupid right wing shit like exercising and earning a living wage via hard work

I agree that standing doctrine has become a problematic morass at the federal level, but I do think it performs a vital gatekeeping function at its core. Courts shouldn't entertain suits from plaintiffs who have no injury that can be concretely causally related to the actions of defendant parties. It would cause many problems to relax or abandon standing requirements, not the least of which being that federal courts would essentially be in the business of issuing advisory opinions for people who have no skin in whatever they're litigating, rather than presiding over active controversies.
"Injury" itself is another problem with the system. If there's something wrong with a law, but I'm not being immediately harmed, why the fuck do I have to search for someone who is harmed by it and prop them up like a puppet? It's absurd theater on its face, and arguably dangerous in the long term as technology advances.

I know this is WAY into the weeds, but consider the rights of a truly sentient AI. Wouldn't it be nice if we dealt with issues like that ahead of time instead of waiting for a truly sentient AI to be abused; or even worse, a not truly sentient (but able to appear sufficiently so) AI being propped up as a plaintiff and then revealed to be not truly intelligent, which then creates precedence against future cases regarding the matter? Yeah, could happen and could not happen; but the point is that if the law exists to resolve issues and disputes, why the fuck do you HAVE to wait for an injury before hand in every single circumstance? Why can't there be certain circumstances where there must be harm, like dangerous products or frauds, and others where the simple problem being put forth is merit enough to earn a ruling or decision on the matter? I sure would like the Supreme Court to get off their ass and settle abortion law once and for all, as well as what exactly the limits to the 14th Amendment are.

Courts are not just about a ruling that resolves an issue, they're about creating and applying precedent for future issues and rulings.

I think the AI thing actually distracted me from the point of your post.

Obviously the Supreme Court will be pointless once we have a perfectly unbiased judge AI built to modern societal standards though, so this theory doesn’t hold water.

Ahahaha sorry this is too fun

Because the people who write the law have a vested interest in writing laws that bend and distort higher law, and you can't have that if you have pesky lawyers pointing it out in an official capacity.

Grace V. DC is a HUGE example of this maliciousness on the part of lower government in blatantly ignoring higher law, and they even had the balls to admit it.

Ironically Americans are too fat and lazy to take up arms, it's the Florida Cubans/Venezuelans or immigrants from the former USSR/satellites that will go 1776 since they don't want Socialism 2.0 USA version.

Immigrants doing the jobs Americans refuse to do.

Who’s buying all the arms then

I went to the armory and the army and they both said sorry fresh out of arms

End consoomer culture

I feel like all of the dooming going on right now, on TDW, 4chan, even KF itself was because a lot of people put most of their faith in this Texas case that came out of nowhere while forgetting about the OTHER pending SCOTUS cases regarding fraud issues that were going on before this happened. It makes me so sad people are so hopeless when we have access to this information.

there's still the wisc case. Wisconsin Court System - Supreme Court oral arguments (wicourts.gov) The one in WI federal court was denied.

waiting for them to upload the oral arguments. wisc is hearing a case about the legality of covid lockdowns for church, schools and private instruction. is it possible to guess what wisc will do about the elections one based on the outcome of the other?

Soy and demoralization, my fren.

I mean... I guess so. But like. Holy shit. I do have to wonder, if you showed the anarchists of the past what their offspring would look like, what kinda fucking reckoning it would be for them. 'Cause I'm fairly sure a good portion of them would be utterly shocked at the result.

Can you fucking imagine antifa looking like this?

Milicias Antifascistas Obreras y Campesinas.jpg

'Cause that's the MAOC. (Antifascist Peasant's and Workers Militia), they literally were Antifa's predecessor.

Imagine for a second if you could go back in time with video of the fucking CHAZ and tell them: This is what your ideology will lead to.

Probably because it got so hyped up. Trump's cases kept failing and all of a sudden we get 19-20 states backing a huge lawsuit that then gets shut down without even being looked at. Really, who's to say they don't do that with the other ones?

I think it's more because of pattern most people believe those cases might not go anywhere either. Sure, you're correct most don't know about them but even those who do are unsure if anything will actually go forward.
