The cases were all lost because they were meritless. The Supreme Court dumped two cases, confirming they were worthless. Thinking that getting cases laughed out of court is a good thing is stupid.

Literally everything you said is retarded and not how courts work.

The Supreme Court dumped it because it was a stupid case. Any state could claim "original jurisdiction" but that doesn't mean the court gives a fuck. 40+ states could have signed on to this, and the S.C. still wouldn't have heard it.

And Ted Cruz would literally argue a case in front of the Supreme Court for the International Galactic Federation of Planets on behalf of Trump. He's a hack who knows all of this is bullshit, but wants a heads up against his opponents in the 2024 primary.

The case was a weak piece of shit. No one took it seriously. I don't blame you personally for taking this case personally. Even if the case was retarded.
How so? Your post amounts to "it's bad because it's bad".

I'm reading more into Giuliani's statements. He made the "It's not over! Believe me!" statements on Newsmax earlier.

Basically, he explained that the SCOTUS dismissed the case because it was rejected on its standing, and not on its merits. Then, he said that this gives the open for Trump and some of the electors to bring forward the case to the District Court with the facts that have been revealed in the "hearings" that have taken place over the past few weeks.

I mean, I can believe that this is probably going to be Trump's next step ... But as far as I can tell, I have no reason to feel inspired with confidence that anything significant will come from it.
Stop being optimistic, if this whimsical troll has od on copium you know it's bad.

The "muh 95% effective" and herd immunity concerns seem like they're grasping for straws and coming up with excuses on the spot since there's another vaccine by AstraZenica coming out a week from now in addition to the Pfizer one, and they already greenlit the new one from Pfizer tonight.

There are a couple of possibilities. One is that Covid-19 is way worse than it appears. Maybe it really was made as a deliberate bio-weapon and our Dear Leaders have all seen the secret reports. I don't give this much credence. I mean, I can believe it was deliberately engineered and accidentally or otherwise escaped, but it's a shitty virus even if it was intended to be worse.

But the possibility I consider to best fit the facts is that Western governments realised that absolutely fucked up with the massive lockdowns but they're riding the tiger. They can't stop all the lockdowns and just say: "actually, it wasn't that serious - go back to normal". They've been hanging on and praying for a vaccine, any vaccine, so that they can announce a victory and say they did the right thing. Can you imagine if there were no vaccine and they just one day said: "okay, go back to normal now" and people asked: "but nothing has changed - it's still out there, most people haven't had it yet we think... So what as all the trillions of dollars and lost school year and misery about?" People would string Boris Johnson and Newsom and all of them from lampposts. A vaccine is really the only way most of these politicians can get out without saying: "We fucked up, our bad."

Note, I'm not saying Covid isn't real or isn't nasty. I'm saying our response has been a catastrophic over-reaction.

Or maybe it really is "Great Reset" and a plan to wipe clean the global economy and its collapsing unservicable debt mountain. Trouble is a lot of ordinary people are invested in the dollar and the £ and the € so they'll need to keep people compliant while they do it. Who knows?

The Constitution is Dead

Fall of the Empire

To those living in 2020, a photograph of 1900 seems impossibly futuristic; sparkling clean streets on which even the most menial laborer is dressed in a suit and hat, each building new and designed with immaculate aesthetic taste.
The great warriors and intellectuals of our times are leading lives of pure obscurity, for our society is remarkably efficient at promoting affable mediocrities (a necessity when the claims of the priesthood are lies from head to tail) and divesting the energies of the competent into atomic and meaningless pursuits. The fat neckbeard arguing on internet forums over Star Wars canon is a frustrated theologian; the skinny geek optimizing strategies for competitive videogaming a frustrated military officer

Uplifting reads, surely.

Hahaha, I laugh at your plebian dystopia fetishes, but I'll have to inform you that:
  1. No, we are not on the verge of a civil war.
  2. No, people don't hate Joe Biden and would have sex with him,
  3. No, the constitution doesn't care about your feelings
  4. No, the constitution is not dead and it has given us President Biden. Just because the orange meanie didn't win, doesn't mean the constitution is dead.

Riddle me this, how can the justices the orange menace himself appointed vote against him if they thought there is any merit to these insane fraud claims?
Or even better, how come blumf doesn't contest any of the states he actually won in? Curious... This question has been asked since the beginning of this brouhaha and I'm yet to hear a compelling answer to it.

So much for the "factual" right... sheesh!

The elite of the GOP really hate Trump. And Trump is not smart enough to think ‘maybe i should not appoint the people people that hate me suggest’
Why would Trump contest states that don’t appear to have obvious fuckery going on? The reason he is contesting where he is is there is obvious fuckery going on. If there was not they would happily allow full audits which they have not.

In an election full transparency and audits are a right, not a suggestion. The fact that they dont produce any of that makes them guilty and the election a scam ( as it always was ). Not that it matters because there is noone to hold em accountable other than the people at this point. And the people by the looks of it are cucks. As much dickwaving goes around, at the end of the day, most people will lick the boots of whoever has more power in order to preserve their decadence and comfort. Thats what happens at the end of empires.

2020 strikes again while my health deteriorates (No not from this election assholes, that's unrelated. If you think I'm stressed about politics in this country lol, you just don't know me) further and I'm passed out in bed. Kind of hilarious that Texas didn't prove it was harmed and the SC didn't hear it. Can we get it over with now and just say Biden was elected? This shit was boring as fuck weeks ago and it is still boring. The SC thing was funny. Salt and doom initially from the left, now salt and doom from the right.

Everyone calm down, holy fuck lol. People losing their fucking minds. Some of you just got interested in politics. And are losing their minds over this. Well, as someone who has been following politics for the better part of their life...

The secession arguments are funny too because almost every state has given one. Or wants to split them in smaller states. This won't be the first nor last time that they make the argument. Puerto Rico doesn't want to be a State. If DC gets to be a state, Republicans will split either NY or CA to make up for the Senate seats (it will still only have 1 Congressman). DC will have the same electoral votes. People who are saying this is civil war...nah. Increased partisanship? Sure. Civil war? Nope.

Biden's administration is going to be a carbon copy of Obama's with the addition that Biden and Kamala hate blacks and will ignore them. People thinking Biden will go full progtard is fucking LOL. People thinking that this is the end of the Republic is fucking LOL. People will be lining up for favors from Biden. His crackhead son will get a pardon. Harris will be defacto president for four years and will be terminally incompetent. The DNC will face a civil war as progtards demand more and more and the DNC goes 'lol no'. Unlike election season, the DNC has no need to play nice. The DNC are not progressive at all, they just use progressives for votes.

Biden won't try packing the court because its fundamentally a terrible idea, especially now that the SC basically shows that it is on his side. The SC was put in a terrible position. It rules in favor of Trump and then Biden wins, court packing ahoy. It outright dismisses it and they look too partisan. The SC did what was best for them, which was to not look TOO partisan but not piss off Biden either. This ruling was to effectively build momentum against court packing. And the SC is just not going to risk overturning an election. It just isn't.

230 won't be revoked, because Biden will have bigger problems. We'll likely have more lockdowns, enter an economic recession and face increased partisanship.

Trump's loss is his own. He got over confident, didn't build enough political machines on the ground and then expected to revoke results in not one state, but three. You NEED to expect foul play in an election. It happens ALL the time. Especially with one as hated as Trump. This is NOT NEW. Our founding fathers used to bribe voters with beer and liquor. We spread rumors about candidates. We had gangs, the mob and partisans to beat voters if they didn't vote right and stuff boxes. We have bag men threatening judges, councilmen and 'bringing out the vote' by dragging voters out of bars and crackhouses and throw them in the voting booth. My favorite politician of all time, the Kingfish (Huey Long, a populist Democrat) was corrupt as FUCK. But he was for the people. However, he blackmailed his enemies. He bribed people. He had a massive machine behind him. He was for the people and corrupt. That is how you HAVE TO BE. Trump didn't. His snide arrogance bit him in the ass and now he's crying about it. Boo-fucking-hoo, the Dems had a better machine than you. That's why he fucking lost.

You think elections are supposed to be fair? Hahah. Yeah, they're not.

There are rumors of the vaccine is part of a sterilization program. People are starting to really wig out.
You mean the plot of Utopia, the British television show?
