This was posted on r/MtF, it discusses the potential problems of uterine transplants in MtFs but says that it would be discrimination to not give them:

An excerpt :

*Ethically, the consideration of performing UTx in transgender women is primarily motivated by the considerations of justice and equality. Like all women, psychological harm may arise secondary to a mismatch between reproductive capacity and aspiration. Transgender women have AUFI, and therefore they cannot experience gestation, which may play an integral role in the expression and consolidation of a female identity,5 and is considered by many to constitute a transformative experience.6 Legally, under the Equality Act (2010) transgender people are afforded explicit protection from both direct and indirect forms of discrimination through the characterisation of ‘gender reassignment’ as a protected characteristic. As such, M2F transgender women cannot be subjected to discrimination on the basis of this characteristic. Subsequently, if UTx becomes an established treatment option for women with AUFI, UK and EU legislation would make it legally impermissible to refuse to perform UTx in transgender women solely because of their gender identity.*

Bro they can't even get uterus transplants to work properly in REAL women who are equipped with a body that's meant to support a uterus. But sure, whatever, let's focus on how transwomen feel about this because like always, trannies are more important than real women.

Fuck, I hate these assholes.

LMAO these delusional dumbasses. Shoving an uterus into a man's body DOESN'T WORK. Looney troons can cry and screech but it's not going to happen. Reality is the biggesf terf and it kicks troons asses over and over again.

Also Uterus transplants are rare and the uterus has to be removed after pregnancy.

The only thing male troons should receive is female blood because men who get blood of women who have been pregnant have a higher death rate according to studies.
Well, they tried an uterine transplant for a transwoman, a few decades ago.

The patient wound up dying from necrosis.

Medical science has advanced quite a bit since then now we can keep the lucky "woman" alive and in pain for a few quite some time you know what with anti rejection drugs being absolutely awful essentially condemning the lucky recipient to a lifetime of infirmity which is a great trade off when one of your organs quit or when you have gender dysphoria apparently.

There's not a single practical or medical reason for this procedure to ever be done on a male, including a "dysphoric" one as it's an internal organ. It would be as useless as implanting a prostate into a woman. Since there is nothing to be gained from this in any sense (can't menstruate, can't get pregnant, no supporting structures, has to take immunosuppressive drugs), we can conclude that this, like most things these guys do, is a fetish.

Hopefully the boners will wear off once the sepsis sets in.

Even IF a uterine transplant magically took, they still have a male pelvis that cannot accommodate the birth of a baby.

Possible nerve damage, doctor is a quack who gave horrible aftercare instructions. Now possible complications because he said she could take off the binder (supposed to stay on for 2 to 4 weeks at least), sleep on the belly, and lift the arms after 2 days. You aren't supposed to lift your arms at all and it is recommended that you move in with someone before the surgery who can help you clean your home and body because your arms should basically be strapped to your sides at all times.

The worst thing about this is that she is self described as not even transgender-- no, you see, the procedure was done to look like her OC, and even worse, she's not our only cow like this. Adiago/Trish Henderson also wants to go breastless to be just like her space drakes, and we now have confirmation that doctors are willing to do this shit to perfectly healthy cisgender females.

bitch if you were cis anything you wouldn't have gotten your tits lopped off so sloppily like a goddamn last-chance double mastectomy patient.

Someone on Twitter has been doing a bit of sniffing around into the claims made by struck off Doctor and peddler of pills that drive kids to suicide, Helen Webberley, and her claims that her dodgy operation moved to Spain and was taken over by an international healthcare organisation based in Hong Kong, and his research leads to the obvious conclusion (which he doesn't directly state, perhaps wary of being sued) that it is all total bollocks and that this is just a collection of off the shelf shell companies stuck together in an attempt to avoid any sort of accountability and liability while still peddling the white stuff to the titty skittles junkies. There's even a suggestion that she's not living in Spain, but back in Wales instead to enjoy the winter cold, but I'm a bit wary of that one as it would be easy to fake a screen print from one of those neighbourhood sites. Or maybe she really is that stupid. After all this isn't the untraceable trail of shell companies that a real pro would produce, it all seems to be done to foil anyone wanting to sue when things go wrong.

That's the least of the issues.

They don't have the hormones to cause the menstrual cycle to simply stick a uterus in there and magically have a functional one. There's also the fact that even in women who get this procedure it's not a vanity organ and it's expected to be removed after iirc maximum 3-4 pregnancies- if it makes it that long- otherwise you would be on anti-rejection and immunosuppressant meds your whole life, that's without even looking at the rejection and complication risks seen in women who've had this procedure whose bodies are meant to have them. Uterus transplants in women are only fertility related, they absolutely do not get them 'just because'. Troons constantly post about it like them having it is something they want just because but even with all the current medical quackery I don't think there'd be too many doctors who'd be willing to do that, because it's not recommended for women who should technically have the organ. There's also the whole acquiring said organ.

Pregnancy is also governed by minute hormone changes that are occurring constantly. You can't just stick a needle full of synthetic hormones into your ass once a day, or take a pill, and think that would be it. They just don't have the space for a fetus to grow. Your ribs will often expand, your organs get squished, male bodies aren't made for it. finally, but no less importantly, hey don't have the proper plumping in the form of veins and arteries so even if they stuck one in there and tried there's a big risk of it dying because there's no way to make proper connections to sustain the organ in a male body, without even accounting for infection risk. They also don't have the internal structure to help keep the uterus in place so prolapse would be a huge risk.

Which makes biology to be inherently transphobic.

Which will probably encourage someone to get this done in order to prove that it would actually be possible... And conveniently leave out the gruesome details in the guinea pig's obituary.

can i be really annoying and ask for the FTM pumping up their dick short video where it looks like a windsock deflated and like an octogenarian's offering when it's "hard"? i promised to a non farmer...... sure it is around here somewhere if anyone knows the page number?

Every time I read about those inflatable penile implants, I can't help but be reminded of that inflatable sneaker fad of the early 90s.

And yet here is more undeniable "terf" proof about what troons really think about women/female biology, that it's all just vanity and women are being selfish with their uteri so troons aren't allowed in the sooper speshul gurlz club.

Yes. However, if anyone wants to know how easy it is to get yourself diagnosed as gender dysphoric: a general practitioner, not even my primary care physician, allowed me to point out which specific diagnosis I wanted after I told him I was feeling that way. I literally stood behind him at the computer in the checkup room and showed him where to find the ICD-10-CM code on the list. Therapy was never required, and I could have taken that diagnosis and ran my ass to the nearby informed consent clinic to start taking hormones.
Late, but this is almost exactly what happened to me as well. Luckily I was too busy half-killing myself with an eating disorder to undergo any medical intervention, but it was close.

Keira Bell was spot on when she said that people weren't being challenged enough. My doctor apparently took me at my word when I said that I was anorexic because I wanted to be a boy, and I wasn't questioned or made to think differently. No one ever suggested that the ED was the root cause, and I had to specify that I wanted to treat the anorexia before starting any hormones. I was already so sick and medicated, hormones would have landed me in the hospital again for sure.
I had one session at the gender clinic and they were talking about hormones when I hadn't even been there an hour. Looking back, it was incredibly embarassing and confusing. It was all about affirmation, not confirmation.

The idea of uterine transplants will also bring on a whole plethora of troons crying discrimination if a woman gets one instead of them. Heaven forbid a person who has a hysterectomy because of cancer get to have it when a poor precious troon needs it for life saving medical treatment. /sneed

Especially when doctors putting uteri in troons could substitute a raw potroast and it would rot and function all the same.
