Because many top level democrats endorsed Antifa which is a literal communist organization from pre-Nazi Germany which were just as violent as Nazi's, let alone they've committed mass violence and was endorsed by Biden and Kamala, and other high ranking dems as mentioned. Which indirectly means their supporters have also endorsed them.

Biden and Harris aren't Progressive and the Progressive Dems themselves are split on wokeness according to users here who run/ran in those circles.

And purity spiraling isn't exclusive to the Left we just saw it with Trump's election coup where Conservatives who didn't back it are being calling RINOs and traitors.

I agree with the second part, but in the first I can't agree.

You don't have to be progressive to enable them. That's actually more dangerous especially if you're not shunning them or calling them out or shutting them down. Imagine in reverse when people claimed Trump supported White supremacist he didn't denounce them like a million times and instead was like "I don't see the big deal." then had them commit crimes and let them off because "discrimination calls" or something. I'm sure dems are split they riled up a bunch of mangy dogs with rabies, and then they bit them too and some of them regret letting them loose in the first place and the others haven't had to face that kind of violence yet, and if they do they'd probably all be against it including those part of the progressive left themselves.

All one has to do to give them power is ignore their actions and to not hold them accountable, no one ever said Biden had to be a progressive, only enable them. which he has, and did.
