And they won’t, so long as everyone is more afraid of a virus than losing their rights, it won’t happen. I agree that there should be a balance, but that’s not going to happen with all the fear mongering the media had done nonstop this year.

and the gop and dnc said "lol nope"

the left didnt do that in 2016.
 
Texas had a good case, but not the only one.

It would have been good precedent to take that case, but still the cases the state courts threw out will be able to be presented to the scotus, remembering they were never judged on their merits.

I doomed enough for three posts, I want to see where this shit ends.

If nothing happens then it's just laught at america time.
