Maybe losing an election isn't a death sentence. Even third-world kleptocrat fuckers like Mobutu Sese Seko survive being deposed relatively unscathed. Hell, Ian Smith lived in Zimbabwe for decades and Mugabe's thugs didn't lay a finger on him. Back when the elites directly fought in wars, they ensured that the rules of engagement would favour capture-and-ransom over outright death. Most people with any sense limit the scope of a conflict so they don't end up like Hitler in 1945 or bleed each other dry in a desperate struggle.

You can definitely see that the right is starting to lose their cool. I'd ask does the legal system in the US want things to get ugly but I think the answer is obvious at this point. This has all been an effort to destabilise the US.

Mugabe was not one one-millionth as vengeful as the 2020 Democratic Party. Under Biden/Harris, all registered Republicans will have their kids taken as wards of the state, raped, beheaded and eaten on livestream, and it will all be mandatory viewing.
