So there's about two dozen states issuing complaints against a handful of other states and they can't even be bothered to take it up? How can honest person look at this situation and think there's nothing fishy going on? Even if one side was so blatantly out of line, at least go through the motions for the hell of it, what could possibly be more important right now?
The number of states that fully put their weight behind Texas is much smaller than 2 dozen - there's a difference between giving counsel and joining in fully. Look up the docket - it was a clowncar and a farce if you're concerned about numbers. Texas' only unique claim in the suit failed to have standing, and all of the claims it copy-pasted from elsewhere were denied -- the only reason 2 Justices wanted to hear it was literally that they believe that the SCOTUS must hear cases brought up under original jurisdiction, not because they felt it had any merit.

Texas didn't like the outcome and its AG thought he could score a political favor.

Glowposting. But I will admit, I can’t see how right wingers don’t just lose it now that they see for sure their votes and voices mean nothing now.
This is way worse for the right wingers in a lot of fucking ways.

SCOTUS didn't even make an attempt to rule on a case and issue this big. Where even a big minority of the winning party questions the results if they were legitimate.

First no election audit and now this. It looks like whoever is behind the scenes, is probably an accelerationist.

The votes don't matter, the politicians they elected in just backstabbed them and that big SCOTUS meme. Of like holding the SCOTUS for a generation or whatever was a joke.

And for any remaining uncucked red states like Texas, they probably going to be on the lookout for Democrat urban machines. Florida already set the stage for that.

Texas is getting eroded away by California expats. The comparison isn't with Georgia, it's with Virginia.

Also dont despair and dont do anything stupid.

I know I say some fed posty things but violence Isnt the answer.

If you feel the current government is illegitimate it might be a good idea to call for the current republic dissolved. Try to build a movement on that.

You think that might be stupid. I say its a step better then racking your shot gun and playing GTA hero.
Obviously I'd like to make fun of you, but this is a relatively thoughtful consideration of the facts.

Trump just lost an election fair and square. You may disagree with that, but if you choose to delude yourself that there was fraud- consider this. Trump put Kris Kobach, the man with the best track record of maliciously disenfrachising Democrat voters, on the 'Presidential Commission on Election Integrity' in 2017. He didn't give that commission real support, and it was disbanded in 2018. Nor has he put money or even promoted attempts to disenfranchise Democrat voters in the various states.

Trump isn't going to 'cross the Rubicon'. Trump isn't going to do shit. Trump, and the GOP, have no interest in saving you- the only way to achieve anything is to form a community of people you agree with and engage in actual political action outside the uniparty system.

I LITERALLY CANNOT EVEN HANDLE LOSING THIS ELECTION

I'M GOING TO ENSURE THAT I LOSE ALL OF THE ELECTIONS THAT FOLLOW IT

THIS WILL SHOW THEM

republicans are not the fucking majority populationwise. run a fucking platform that doesn't depend on strongman worship - you lost to JOE FUCKING BIDEN in a year where NANCY PELOSI condemned people TO DEATH for OVERTLY POLITICAL REASONS
:gunt:

If they can get away with stealing this election then there are no more elections. There is no 2024. There will never be another candidate get in who hasn't been thoroughly anally raped by the CIA. End of republic, totalitarian faggotry now. There are officially no electoral or legal remedies now.
Even if Trump had won, it's doubtful that would have changed. Trump was merely a can being kicked down the road. Had he arrived forty years earlier it might have mattered. Even if it's more about election integrity I don't think voter ID and other such legal procedures would have been enforced to be honest.

I tried to explain this earlier but ppl just tagged my post as autistic and dumb but even if there was tons of evidence of fraud - an original jurisdiction lawsuit by another state is not the proper legal basis to get the relief sought. If the court took this up can you imagine what doors it would open up? States would sue other states. Hell why can’t California sue Texas for limiting the ballot boxes to one per county?
The Supreme Court doesn’t do just what they want no matter how partisan it is- they worry about legality and legitimacy of the court- and rightfully so
States sue each other all the time already. Water rights were at the center of a massive lawsuit between TN and GA a while back during a drought and so are all sorts of tiny to major disputes. Its why they went with this measure in the first place.

The Trumpers think that they need to mark your post "dumb" when it contains words with more than 2 syllables and they can't understand it and they rate it "Autistic" when their autistic mind can't comprehend what you're saying. If your post makes them mad, they mark it "MATI".

No one ever accused them of being smart

Why not file a legitimate lawsuit immediately after the election? Why have your allies lose forty cases all over the country first? Why wait until literally the last second to file?

People have been saying “lol, just kidding, THIS case is the real case!” for over a month now. First it was other people filing the cases, but wait for the Trump campaign to file lawsuits. Then it was forget about the Trump lawsuits, release the Kraken! Then those got tossed, and everyone moved on to Pennsylvania.

Now that’s been rejected by nothing less than the Supreme Court, and everyone is focused on the Texas lawsuit, a case so weak that the state’s own solicitor general wouldn’t put his name on it. A case filed by a federally-indicted attorney general that badly wants a pardon and is trying to curry favor while also shoring up his right-wing street cred before the next primary.

Now this case is the ticket? There is no way the Supreme Court ever hears an oral argument for it. They’ll dutifully accept motions through Thursday and summarily dismiss it, likely before the weekend gets here. Like virtually every other case, it will end it disappointment, people will pretend like it never even matter, and that it’s the next case that’s always been the important one.

Every single step of the way for almost five weeks, victory has literally been just around the corner. No one seems to ever step back and realize that to keep believing this shit is full-blown retarded.

I caught so many dumb ratings for this, and yet the supreme court ruled 9-0 against it. (Fine, for the sake of argument, it was 7-2, even though it wasn't).

1) They didn't hear oral arguments.
2) They dutifully took briefs.
3) They summarily dismissed it because it was a joke.

It's almost like I actually knew what I was talking about and called everything, to the letter, correctly. 🤔

But don't worry. People will keep on doing what they've always been doing. They'll keep believing in progressively bigger fantasies until Biden is sworn in. I have no doubt that there will literally be people in this thread that believe that the FBI and the military will swoop in and arrest Biden on inauguration day, right before he takes the oath.
