Lol, one of the first lolsuits the official Trump campaign filed was originally filed in completely the wrong court.

The retards involved asked for the $400 filing fee back, and lied, saying that a problem with the computer system made them file wrong, not their own stupidity. Yesterday this was denied

This is what I've been wondering, too. The Constitution delegates the authority of setting the EC convention date to Congress, so the question essentially becomes one of power between SCOTUS and Congress. If they order that it be postponed, I'm not sure if Congress even has to listen, political pressure aside.

SCOTUS has a stupid amount of power, restrained only by the fact they can't proactively use it.

As it is their job to Interpret the constitution, they have the final word on what the constitution entails and covers. If they say something is to be done, it is to be done.

Looks like they were indeed crowding her car and she sped off, hitting a few human speedbumps in the process. It would behoove people to find a place well away from the scene to stop and surrender to the police, even if it picks them up an additional charge for fleeing. Getting out of your car and showing your face to any of these scum is pretty dangerous at this point.

So it's not a question of can they, but will they. From a constitutionalist point of view, I don't think they would since it's the role of Congress, unless the 5 conservative justices are more invested in Trump winning this than people think (and from my perspective, pushing the date back and ordering a full forensic audit to take place in each of these contested states would be the easiest way of doing this without it looking like a kingmaker ruling, I'm just skeptical that SCOTUS would ever want to exercise that amount of power).
