They say as several of the states joining the suit are ones that sided with the Union, including both one that had a bloody war to keep slavery out and one that literally seceded from a founding Confederate state.

Anyway, this is quite the development, and regardless of the outcome I think this is going to be one for the history books. Tomorrow is the deadline for the defendants to respond, and we'll see what they trot out.
And I mainly say that just to have an excuse to post this.

It was a very close election that came down to Illonis which was won by Kennedy by a very slim maragin which was the result of fraud. The Kennedy family had alot of connections to people in places of political power in Chicago and had connections to the mob as well. I think a few people ended up going to jail a few years after the election because of it.

In addition fraud likely screwed Nixon out of Texas as Lyndon Johnson had a very powerful political machine capable of fraud.

Nixon knew he got screwed but decided to concede out of a fear that if he contested the election it would make America look weak and the Soviets would have a field day with propganda about it.

Him being screwed in 1960 and the way the media treated him in the 1962 California Governor's race is what lead to Nixon going off the deep end.

I don't buy the "better man" explanation. Without the internet and social media to bypass the mainstream media, there was nothing Nixon could have done. I doubt he wanted to concede but in 1960 there were no tools available to fight back with. He was beat and he knew it.

Nixon was probably the start of the decline of the GOP while others say after Watergate or after Reagan. Is it really luck that the biggest idiots in the country committed the fraud? Who forgets to shut off the fucking security cameras before pulling out hidden ballots(GA)? Willfully posted the election results on their own website showing that 1.1 million more mail-in ballots were received than requested(PA). The news showing footage of a police truck carrying 100k+ ballots at 4 AM as if they took Trump's late night speech as their cue to deliver the fraudulent ballots(WI). Then you have Michigan posting their election results where they have 157k absentee ballots with no registered voters. Trump's fighting against rocks with teeth and the only thing saving them is big tech covering for their stupidity.
