When it came to Casin0s, any military outfit made her uncomfortable even though one of her main characters wore one similar to an early WWII Japanese Imperialists Spy. It's not shocking that now even after she left that people are saying none of the migs should have military uniforms. Though, Mignyans directly want to spread and conquer other races through parasitism of said species in the lore. The mascot now being randomly Jewish is weird and makes no sense since once a mig gets in the host is just brain dead letting the alien species control it. It's just autistic but if you aren't going to try and follow the premise of the lore you have as a building block then you should get rid of it. The only way to tell if it was a nazi is if you have the TH or the bio of the mig shown cause then it might be and the designer chose to make a different outfit to try and avoid being called a nazi.

Shame I'd like to just be able to see if it was a nazi or just some generic military character. Either way, a mod had to have looked and approved the edits.

They insist its not an outright ban, but all anyone has to do is complain it upsets them because reasons. I bet they wouldn't think twice about banning US military uniforms and maybe are just waiting and dying for the first excuse to do so.

I think Casin0s had the knowledge to know how to make a close species work. She had her hands in quite a few and had seen how they operate enough to grasp how to make Mignyans not only highly popular but also highly profitable. The new owners have either never owned a species, never participated in the culture as a guest artist for a species, or have only owned a species that soon died. They also lack the art skills to make the adopts look good without having it be guest adopt artists, which could mean the mods/owners aren't making a dime from those adopts. It's common that guest artists for Closed Species make from 50% to 100% of all the money the design sold for.
I'm shocked it's still alive then. They're still working on a very limited amount of slots being sold each month and if you as an owner can not send out invoices to 30-40 people a month in a timely fashion you shouldn't be running the paypal of the species. I've heard mainly ppeople bitch about the mods handing out rare mignyan slots as a trade fodder in other OTAs for nonclosed species adopts. Which while the previous mods did as well they didn't do it nearly as much as the current staff is.
I would say no one's bidding over the price. Glitter started the whole auction off at the highest tier bid of 350$. The mignyan don't really have the high roller audience they once had when Casin0s was in it. In fact Casin0s once held a custom auction like this where she would design the mignyan, the auction went over 1,500$ fairly fast. The lack of bids mainly comes from the artist and then just the price Glitter bidded themselves up to.
