To be blunt, the question is if the fetus has developed ovaries or testes. Also, it's kinda like the Johnlock shipping child from a while back which I pointed out: if you're having a child just to make a point, please don't have the child.

To be fair, Greg Universe is a pretty cool dad. But he's also a cartoon character, and I can't imagine pretending cartoon characters are your family is very healthy. Isn't that right, Chris?

Being angry is fucking exhausting. When you're constantly looking for excuses to be outraged, it really drains you. No wonder they're always so short on spoons!
It's going to be interesting to watch the number of users dwindle to the point where only the craziest of crazies are left, and everybody else moved onto some other new social media platform that doesn't suck so bad. There are already early rumblings of backlash against this particular brand of social justice, and it's going to be amazing to watch what causes everything to collapse like a house of fucking cards.
The Tea Party couldn't keep on going forever. Tumblr brand SJ is going to die an ignoble death.

I'd like to point out that I was triggered by Darth Vader, a white character, being voiced by a black guy. This is racist, sexist, mysoginistic and a very good example of some of the very long, often hyphenated, definitions that mean nothing but tumblerites love to string them together anyway. Also it's rape.

Of course, when we were first introduced to Darth Vader, he wasn't white, or at least we didn't know that. He was just a scary motherfucker in a black outfit. For all we knew there wasn't even a face under there.
Or more recently, was anyone offended by Mos Def playing Ford Prefect in the recent Hitchhiker's Guide movie? That casting choice was one of the few genuinely bright moments in an otherwise forgettable adaptation.
But yes, absolutely nobody was offended by that. Nobody in their right mind. How often is a character's race central to their entire being anyway? Outside of things like Othello where it is, it just isn't.

I kinda do agree with that above tumblr post, though. Crime is a hell of a lot lower than it was when I was a kid in the 80s, yet people act like children will be either kidnapped or fall off a cliff the moment they're allowed outside.

And that's something I agree with too, but I got completely different vibe from this post, it isn't ''hey maybe our parents made us insecure about society in whole instead of letting us live our childhood'' it sounds more like when a parent tells kid to clean up their room and they are being passive aggressive little shits about it. It sounds like gross over generalization.
Dunno about America tho, that sort of parental behavior isn't much prevalent where I live, even though I know some cases unfortunately.
