Is facial feminization surgery considered an “associated horror”? Plenty of stories of surgeons botching patients, deleting negative reviews, and botched users similarly ignored or downvoted by fellow troons for being so negative trying to warn the others.
If so, congrats to the taxpayers of California for footing the bill on this life-saving transformational surgery. Wow, unrecognizable!

My understanding is that anything involving shaving down jaw bone has immense potential to go wrong.

I’m of two minds on the informed consent thing. See, on the one hand, my view is ‘haha troons got what was coming to them!’, but on the other hand, I don’t really want to live in a world where it’s okay to give exceptional people powerful drugs at their demand because they say they know what the effects are.

I just don't want to see enormous amounts of taxpayer money wasted when real medical treatment is being denied to people who need it. Fucking cancer patients with mastectomies can't get cosmetic surgery but these fucking loony troons can?

I wonder if a lawsuit would be sucessful.

I don't see a difference. I've seen some okay results for FFS compared to cuntplasty, and this is not one.

This person was androgynous looking to begin with. The most obvious change is that he now has a nose that looks too "short" for his profile. He may have had cheek implants. Even then, many women I know who are attractive have similar profiles to his "before" picture.
The fact state funded medicaid covers this makes me think that they see covering this kind of a thing as an opportunity to use experimental treatments on mentally ill people.

I loathe to think what queer heaven looks like.
We're in it. Otherwise known as 'hell'.

Their nose was just right before. Their profile had a nice, natural arch to it. They should have instead spent all of that money on hair transplants.

When asked if transbotched genitals are the 'real thing':
they are the real thing, so yes. it’s not like they’re imaginary genitals lol, they just get “rearranged” so to speak. everyone’s genitals are so vastly different, you could ask the same question framed towards cis people and you would get a plethora of different answers and experiences.
One man's penis is another man's gaping pus-encrusted cripplingly-painful surgical wound. Potato, potato.

I personally was distraught by growing facial hair, getting a deep voice and becoming a man, I hated it, I would self harm and I was reckless, I would inject air into my chest to try and make it look like I had breasts, I could have killed myself.
"You have to castrate kids because when I was an adolescent I was a violent psychopath."
Who even thinks of injecting air into their chest? How Would someone go about doing that?! That's... wtf.

Another smooth argument in favor of transing kids:
If i want to go get a massive tattoo on my face and start smoking and get addicted to gambling, i can go do that, i have the right to make my own mistakes and live with them
Why even have parents. Just sit kids down with a crackpipe, a packet of estrogen, and a syringe filled with air, and wish them the best.

They never realize how insane they sound, do they?
I second "how the fuck do you inject air into your chest?". Like what the fuck is this madman taking about? Is he lying? Is it something he saw in a hentai once? Is he gonna 41% himself with a pulmonary embolism? Does he think women's breasts are air sacs?
Every time I think I've seen the craziest thing troons can come up with, they surprise me.

So many situations where a guy is complaining of loss of depth, inability to use the "big" dilator, etc.

What would happen if he just forced the issue? Don't give me "I can't", just forced it right in there to the desired
depth. Use your tard strength. Maybe even just leave the dilator in there for a long time, with daily betadine flush breaks only?

What would happen? Its already a wound, right?

I have a lot of questions. We need to capture us a troon who can provide responses.

Let's the say that the body thinks it's an surgical wound (and it is) and it's doing whatever it takes to heal it.

Well, look at this interesting thing I found on saidit's LGBdroptheT. It's about the first sexual reassignment surgery that happened in the 1930s.

Eugenics against both homosexuals and the mentally ill. Just what they're doing today.
