The whole point of a letter like that is to set out the position of the party sending it so that if the issue does end up in court, it's already on record and the dipshit (that would be you) who received the letter is on notice of its contents. It also very well might end up an exhibit in the case, which means by definition it's for the public eye.

PS. With regard to the hearing of August 10, my work schedule is pretty flexible (most of what I do can be done from home), and I'm a reasonable drive from Pottstown. Think it's worth upgrading from a doublewide courthouse to a fake stone siding courthouse?

Obviously, Lenny won't be coming from jail, so there won't be a perp walk to photograph. But, unlike Nick, who at least had the sense and/or medication levels to be quiet and let his lawyer do the talking, there's a decent chance Len will throw a tantrum. Especially if @The_Knight_Rider tells him I'm coming and he becomes suspicious of everyone in the courtroom. :)
 
At this point, all we need is a little slip up and I think Len/Knight_rider will go down in Farm history alongside Mapdark and Lindsey.

I'm pretty sure his paperwork said that he was representing himself. But there's a little under two months so we'll see...
 
I'd be willing to bet good money that Len smells like Hardee's, Bengay, and Jergen's. And general fat guy body odor stank, of course.
 
I think the most amazing thing is that he probably thinks he'll win the court case. He's so delusional. Chris-Chan is less delusional- and at least Chris knows when to sort of stop engaging with his trolls. Len, on the other hand... God fucking damn, he just doesn't ever cease.
