A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Trannies are trying to cancel based writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie for stating that JK Rowling’s essay was reasonable. Adichie was an early adopter of the “well, actually TW are TW” position in 2017 when people (a smaller crowd) initially tried to cancel her. Adichie lives in Nigeria and is a Nigerian celebrity and they don’t give a fuck about gender politics over there so good luck with that crackers.

the reporter is a true and honest woman

How long do you think they'll get the message that most people think they're freaks?

What a sorry excuse for a mother. Instead of getting legitimate treatment for her obviously fucked up son
Can she, though? The best treatment for this thing is a bullet, failing that, ship it into a care home, put it into a room and brick up the entrance. Can she afford that? Does Chicago provide that? I suspect not, instead, the beast likely gets a tugboat and robs his mom. The British fat tard Jonty Bravery (the one who threw a French boy off Tate Modern) had six full-time carers on the taxpayer's dime farthing. After ten years of caring for that thing and ten years before having hoped she could fix him (tard rights! inclusive edumacation!), she's probably not quite there anymore.

Why can’t we admit as a society that some lives don't matter...at least not enough to waste resources trying to sustain it.

I would have sworn that's a photo of the mother, not the 'daughter', at least from the small version.

As for FtMs wanting to be the father, I think it's ludicrous from the off that anyone accepts the premise. The idea that these women have such strong, debilitating gender dysphoria that they have no choice but to live as men, but then insist on getting pregnant as if that's not the exact thing that should be making said dysphoria unbearable...

It's fucking nuts no matter how far they've gone in transitioning. At least when it's a LARPer like Becky Gerber she doesn't have all the hormonal medications in her body, though she comes with her own mass of problems. But when they've committed to the bit and yet still not only get pregnant but look to do it again, somehow there's people that just nod sagely as if that doesn't join the litany of things that contradict each other that we're meant to accept about troons.

I thought the family tree aspect was also a good point, though it makes me want to just sit troons down in front of that picture that shows how their skeletal remains will be correctly gendered and not let them leave until they get it. They won't, but at least they'll have it shoved in their faces.

Slightly ⏰ (September 24) but can't always keep track of the murder trannies

ANew Lisbon woman is facing charges for aggravated battery after police asked for public assistance in locating the suspect after she allegedly stabbed a man on State Street.
Jason Price, 41, of New Lisbon is charged with felony aggravated battery using a dangerous weapon. If convicted, she faces up to six years in prison or a fine of up to $10,000, or both.
New Lisbon police asked for assistance in locating Price on Aug. 28, two days after the stabbing, and warned the public not to try to apprehend her.

According to the criminal complaint, Officer Nick Wilke of the New Lisbon Police Department and another officer responded at 9:49 p.m. Aug. 26 to a disturbance on West State Street in New Lisbon. The reporting party said on the call that she walked outside to see her boyfriend bleeding and a man holding a knife.

Wilke arrived on scene, where he found a man with a wound on his leg which was bandaged and blood-soaked. The man stated he arrived home, went inside for a minute, and came back outside where there was a male holding a knife. The person holding a knife stated “I am going to (expletive) kill you,” and the victim said he “fell at some point and the next thing he knew he was bleeding profusely.”

The victim received medical assistance and was transferred to New Lisbon First Responders and Camp Douglas Ambulance.

A witness to the stabbing showed Wilke where the victim was stabbed. Wilke noted nothing else in the area that could have caused the injury to the victim.

A second witness said a blonde individual came from behind her vehicle with a knife. The witness described the individual with a knife as a transvestite. The witness entered the residence, locked the door, and called 911. According to the witness, the individual possibly threw the knife across a fence.
Earlier in the same evening, Wilke was called to the address regarding an unwanted party at the address. An individual named Jason Price was at the residence. Price identifies as female and goes by the name “Jazzy.”
The property manager stated Price had been evicted and was no longer supposed to be at the residence. When Wilke spoke with Price he observed a knife which matches the description of the knife used in the stabbing strapped to Price’s ankle. According to Price, the knife was there for self-defense and he told Wilke if “any other tenants harass him or come by his residence that he would kill them.”

A warrant was drafted and signed for entry into Price’s residence, but after entering the residence Price could not be located.
New Lisbon Police Chief Kyle Walker sent a text message to Price using a previously retrieved number, to which Price replied “He jumped me when I confronted him, I was only defending myself and don’t want to be [sic] made out the aggressor.”

No court dates have been set for Price.

A Mauston man has been sentenced to prison on a weapons charge. The Department of Justice announced earlier this week that 33-year-old Jason Price was sentenced in Federal Court in Madison to 15-years in prison for possessing a firearm, specifically, a sawed-off shotgun. The federal judge imposed the 15-year mandatory sentence in light of Price’s three prior violent felony convictions, a Florida robbery conviction, and separate burglary convictions in Iowa County and LaFayette County in Wisconsin. The charge followed an investigation by the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office, New Lisbon Police Department, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. In December 2011, a Juneau County Judge had dismissed a state charge of ‘endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm’ against Price in the September 2011 incident when Price had allegedly shot a firearm into a residence on Zunker Drive in the Town of Germantown.

AMauston man with enough prior convictions to qualify as an “armed career criminal” was sentenced Tuesday in federal court to 15 years in prison for felon in possession of a shortened firearm.
Jason A. Price, 33, had seven felony convictions in the past 17 years including burglary and robbery in Wisconsin and Florida. That made him subject to a 15-year mandatory minimum sentence under federal law.
“His life has been a series of poor decisions,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Tim O’Shea, “beginning at 17 when he stole marijuana from a drug dealer and then stole two cars.
When District Judge William Conley interrupted to say he was aware of Price’s lengthy record, O’Shea responded that Price continues to act out against authority, including spitting on a jailer’s face just hours before sentencing.

O’Shea said a lengthy sentence was needed to ensure Price receives the drug and mental health counseling he needs or he will remind a dangerous person to others.

“What’s the most dangerous thing he’s done?” Conley asked.
Shooting the front door of his brother’s house with a shotgun, pulling a knife during a barroom brawl and knocking down a woman in Florida to take her purse, O’Shea responded.
“Despite the second chances he’s gotten his [violent] behavior escalates,” O’Shea said.

Price’s attorney, Michael Lieberman, said a 15-year sentence was more than enough to punish, deter and make sure his client got proper treatment. Price is able to control himself when he receives the right medication, Lieberman said.

Price said he hopes to improve his life after prison.
Price was retrieving a cell phone from his brother, Jamie’s, rural Juneau County residence on the morning of Sept. 20, 2011, when he fired a .410 gauge shotgun while at the front door. Price then went to his brother’s bedroom window and began to argue before leaving in a car with a female driver, O’Shea said.

Price was arrested after a 911 call was made to Juneau County authorities, who recovered a short barrel shotgun and six spent or loaded rounds of ammunitions from the car.
Price was indicted for felon in possession of a firearm and possession of an unlawfully shortened firearm.

Price was initially charged in Juneau County with felon in possession of a firearm, reckless use of a firearm, armed robbery and burglary. The firearm charge was dismissed so it could be refiled in federal court. The robbery and burglary charges were dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion last October.
Juneau County Circuit Judge Paul Curran dismissed the reckless use of a firearm charge in December at a preliminary hearing after ruling there was no direct evidence Price had fired the gun at the door of a residence in the town of Germantown.

He pleaded guilty in January to the felon in possession offense.
Last week, misdemeanor charges were filed in Juneau County against Price for an incident in the Juneau County Jail last October in which an argument turned physical when Price allegedly threw food trays at a window, breaking it.

He is charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct in that case.

It's kind of unfair for someone as psychopathically violent as that to troon out. The poor dude he stabbed would not have seen it coming.

TBH bullet in the brain would be fair at this point, how many more times is he gonna get thrown in jail for '15 years' and let out to chimp out on some unsuspecting random?

See, if they'd sent out social workers nobody would've gotten hurt. They've got that MSW magic.

I can’t wait until black women, who make up both the majority of social workers and the majority of agitators for not arresting black criminals, get wrecked on a few of these compassionate calls. Or you know, refuse to go without police securing the scene for her first.

You keep saying "disturbing" but all I see is "based". Transtrenderism is proof positive that mental illness can be contagious

A sad yet familiar fact to British transgender people is that the UK is a hotbed of relentless transphobic campaigning.

And it’s not been without its successes: institutional transphobia stretches from the media and the government to schools, hospitals and the streets we live on. As a result, half of trans people in the UK are afraid to use a public bathroom.

Misinformation and outright lies about trans lives are commonplace. Trans kids, and the parents who support them, are vilified by newspaper columnists. And for those people who don’t have a trans family member or friend, the transphobic media is the primary source of information about trans rights.

Trans activists who fight for those rights also fight against the negative portrayal of trans lives in the media. One such organisation, which has undergone a resurgence in the last six months off the back of the Conservative equalities chief Liz Truss’ statements about trans rights, is TransActual UK. PinkNews spoke to the organisers to learn more.

What is TransActual?

TransActual has been around for several years now, seeking to provide the trans and non-binary communities and allies with the information and tools needed to combat the rampant transphobia within UK society.

It is a uniquely trans-led organisation that works to highlight issues, dispel myths, empower individual trans and non-binary people and, where appropriate, to advocate for them.

In the wake of Liz Truss’ attempt to roll back trans rights earlier this year, we felt that it was time to step up our activities. We relaunched as a community interest company in July, and since then we have been busy recruiting, fund-raising, and building campaigns.

After the big relaunch, what can we expect to see in the coming months and years?

More. More projects. More action. More of everything. And the more that trans people support us, the more successful we will be.

Right now, our focus is on healthcare, where we are raising funds to put together an initiative to improve GP treatment of trans individuals and to equip trans people with the knowledge to know what they should be able to expect from their GP.

We are working within the non-binary community to develop a viable manifesto around non-binary recognition.

And we are providing a community voice through research that focuses on the intersectional issues that lie at the heart of hate and discrimination

Who are the people behind TransActual?

The four people taking the helm right now are:

and racism radio show producer, activist and writer, Rico Jacob Chace.

Together, we constitute a solid base of experience and enthusiasm reaching across the generations. Although to say that would be to under-state the wider network that underpins us. We have a team of volunteers that have been involved in our work planning and prioritisation, as well as helping with the day to day running of the organisation: many, many more people are busy working behind the scenes on the various projects highlighted above.

As for why: the turning point for us, as for many others, was the weekend when it looked as though Liz Truss was about to roll back on trans rights. The level of dismay in the community was palpable, and so much fear was going the rounds.

And then, pretty much the next day, that seemed to change. Trans people who had been trying to keep their heads down and fingers crossed decided enough was enough. There needed to be a broad-based community effort to fight back against this hatred – and so it was decided to move TransActual up to the next level.

What are the main challenges for trans and non-binary people living in the UK right now?

Hate: not just on the street, but sadly, in government and in the media.

Discrimination: this is consequence of hate, and also arises from the fact that trans people are still all too poorly understood.

Health: had anyone asked the trans community, that – not Gender Recognition Act reform – is the thing we needed fixed. Decent support – and sufficient. This covers the whole of healthcare, not just the transition-related bits, as too many people feel excluded in all sorts of areas. But, we understand, that might have cost money: and therefore reforming a process was a much easier option.

There are specific issues that Black trans people face in the UK, how will TransActual be tackling these?

As always the first step in understanding a community is to bring them to the table and amplify Black voices! Our director Rico has Jamaican heritage and TransActual has and always will ensure diversity and representation in all discussions, from board meetings to round tables.

The Black community is saying intersectionality, intersectionality, intersectionality! Being Black and trans/non-binary/gender non-conforming is comparatively more turbulent in the Black communities due to the legacy of homophobia and transphobia instilled in their communities during colonialism.

As a result, homelessness, disownment and internalised transphobia are rampant and understandably lead to disproportionate cases of depression and anxiety.

Further education and the stress-free comfort that comes with it is a comparative rarity for this demographic and not from lack of trying. Financially risky zero-hour contracts and retail jobs are common, as professional environments are still coming to terms with the mere existence of trans people. Add racism and race-related healthcare biases, such as higher pain tolerances, and we have a perfect storm.

The Black community is looking to heal and to have the resources to do so. Homeless shelters, pre-colonial gender education, therapy sessions and safe spaces are what are needed.

TransActual has recognised that the first point of change is to prove there is a problem. Our Community Voice Survey is specifically designed to demonstrate intersectionality between trans and Black identities, and to highlight how Black respondents were disproportionately impacted by COVID.

With statistics in hand activists and allies, from grassroots organisations to civil servants, will be aware and can campaign to allocate resources to where it’s needed the most. TransActual will be launching several projects focused purely on amplifying Black voices such as interviews, blogs and career sessions – the aim being to inspire confidence in our communities, raise awareness for more allies and, most importantly, create a budding future for this demographic.

Who are you inspired by and why?

We’ll go with Phyllis Akua Opoku-Gyimah – aka Lady Phyll. She is a brilliant role model for the LGBT+ community, not just for all the things she has personally achieved, but from the fact that her trademark style involves fostering links between different communities and encouraging working together.

From outside it is too easy to view “trans” as one undifferentiated blob: but we are a community of communities. And we are at our most effective when we work together.

What does trans liberation look like to you? How will we know when we’re there?

You mean apart from when we have transed all the crocodiles?

In short, when trans people are no longer remarkable, no longer singled out as unusual or topic for debate.

In many ways it looks like nothing. There will be support as far as it is needed: more direct medical support for binary trans folk, adult and child alike, different support for non-binary people.

Our ambition for the trans world is full acceptance: and the sooner everyone agrees that we are wholly boring and “nothing to see here” the better. We think we are a little like dentists – always trying to make sure we are not needed.

Well, for starters, you could quit being the most obnoxious people on the internet and not bring up being a tranny in every single possible topic possible.

I know white people will do anything to get oppression points, but just a slight toning down and not ruining every single internet community you touch would be a decent start.

Low-hanging fruit to attack them on "we're just like everyone else" but made especially egregious since just a paragraph before they're demanding special treatment.

If you want to be boring and just like anyone else, use the facilities designed for your sex and quit being used as Trojan horses to get rapists and child molesters into the women's changing rooms.

Oh, and fuck off out of women's sports too.

How can they categorise Jane Fae/John Ozimek as a campaigner for women's rights? He's best known for campaigning for the right to watch "extreme porn" that depicts violence (usually against women) and defending a dangerous stalker who wrote an "erotic" story about raping and dismembering the pop group Girls Aloud. Julie Bindel wrecked him in a debate where he'd been all in favour of violence against women and then said he was afraid to be in the same studio as the harmless radio presenter Jennie Murray.
He also trooned out when his daughter was doing her A-level exams and the stress fucked up her schooling for that year, it took her a while to get her education back on track because of what he did. He doesn't give a fuck about women and girls unless he can coom to videos of them getting the shit beaten out of them.

Oh, and fuck off out of women's sports too.
This is their PIE/NAMBLA moment, gay rights orgs had child abusers trying to ride their coattails back in the day and they told them to fuck off, but the trans lobby isn't so willing to do that, for a variety of reasons.

What was that line about transing all the crocodiles about anyway? Was that a dig at Stella Perrett's cartoon about the crocodile pretending to transition into a newt so it could get into their pond and eat them? The whole joke of that was that there are predators using this trans agenda as a cover, and they need to acknowledge them and root them out just like the gay rights movement did (and still has to, the MAPs keep trying to join).

Are we pushing people away with our strange fetish and misogynistic views?
No, it’s the women who are wrong.
What do you mean women don't want to give up their spaces, privacy, scholarships, and sports to men in dresses? Who knew women were this bigoted.
The whole joke of that was that there are predators using this trans agenda as a cover, and they need to acknowledge them and root them out just like the gay rights movement did (and still has to, the MAPs keep trying to join).
But for some reason troons refuse to even acknowledge that anyone could use it as a cover. much less try to root out the predators. It's almost like a large group of predators are protecting each other under the guise of civil rights so they can assault whoever they want. While calling anyone who brings it up a bigot and claiming it never happens.
