Frankly, it would actually helps other agencies seeing the review so as to know NOT to even accept Greer’s applications. Every time he places one of these baseless one star reviews, he doesn’t realize how bad they make HIM look. They are his own accounts and each of them make him look like a complete moron.
That is something about him I've noticed. He seems to think when he posts things like this that everyone will just take him at his word and turn against the person he's being hateful towards without question. I vaguely remember one of his older posts when he was talking about what was going to be in his book or lawsuit or something, and someone asked how Russell could prove any of the ridiculous things he alleged, and Russell said something like "Uh, take my word for it?" Like he couldn't even fathom that someone would dare to question him.

Theres no way in hell Russ can afford Summerlin. It's a nice area on the west side.

Russ is a downtown or north east goblin.
The company is based in Summerlin but it looks like they have properties all over Vegas. He probably tried to rent one of the places they are listing east of downtown for <$800/mo. The interiors look fine for the money but the exteriors look dumpy and the neighborhood looks sketchy as hell.

He sounds like he thinks he's actually gone and done something tough with that stupid 1 star review. I'd say he's a true male Karen if it weren't for him lacking the backbone to actually say any of this in person.
Russ lives in a very ignorant point in his life, one where a single 1 star review is a bigger deal than just an annoyance and where the mention of suing someone is enough to bring multimillionaire popstars to his dingy apartment

I don't know Russ as well as others (Wern); so someone help me imagine what horrifying attempt to woo this pretty girl drool mouth used.
Basically he will start off with a generic intro boasting about how much of a cool guy he is who writes songs and works at a big company (he cleans the toilets but that works for Walmart which is a big company so it's still technically true right? Right?)

And give compliments to his target, they will turn him down politely and then he turns the self pity to 100% saying that she probably doesn't like nice guys or the disabled.

That's with girls he finds off standard platforms like facebook, he acts a lot creepier to working girls from cathouses or on Instagram models, in his mind they are already showing off the goods, why bother acting sincere about what he came to them for.

Making sexual comments on their pictures or offering them money to talk to him.

Russell's ego is so fragile that he literally can't handle it when an attractive woman doesn't give him what he wants. He just has to get back at her, even in the most petty way imaginable. He cannot handle the idea of a woman in a position of authority over him. I would love to see Russ try to argue one of his lolsuits in front of a female judge, or possibly against a female attorney like Skye. I truly hope one of these days Russell gets his ass handed to him by a woman in a legal setting. But seriously, he wouldn't care if Shantal weren't a pretty young woman. I wonder if he only wanted to rent there because she looks cute and he thinks if he lives there he can hit on her all day, and now he's upset that she shattered his fantasy before it ever got started.

That's what I've noticed too, when he leaves these reviews he acts like he's won some sort of battle. Because even without context, without knowing anything about Russ, if you read that review you'd think he was just a bitter asshole. He's complaining about getting denied for a perfectly legitimate reason, and being incredibly petty by calling out the person by her name. But in Russell's mind, he showed that stuck up bitch for discriminating against him.
It kills me that he explains why he was justifiably rejected in the review itself.

Like, he's not even pretending it's because he's disabled or something. It's like fighting a traffic ticket by saying, "Yeah, I ran that red light, but I knew I did it".

Doesn't Russ want to sue KiwiFarms for giving his book a 1-star review? Be careful Russ, you're setting yourself up to meet the business end of a lawsuit by Shantel.

It's this new?

Don't know who this dipshit is but he's in Nevada, considers masks tyranny and is a Trump supporter. Will be Russ BFF.

They'll give him an 80% discount once they learn about the plights - and once the hot manager lady finally sees what a stud he is they will get married and he will take over the company to save his maiden from this unladylike job and confine her to kitchen and bedroom.

.. "Yea, that's how it's gonna be" Russ thought and hit send.

And just because he hasn't been rejected before doesn't mean he can't be rejected now. Credit reports are so companies can make informed decisions about potential customers. Other companies might not have cared about the item on his report, but this company did, and that's their prerogative. Again, Russ is trying to dictate how people react to him. "I don't think it's a big deal, so you can't either!" That's his thinking at least as it seems to me.

As for Russ and his probation. We have to remember he is on probation for a misdemeanor. I used to work in the system and at least where I am, states generally will not travel far to extradite someone over a misdemeanor. It is just not worth the trouble and costs.

Furthermore, since it is a class B misdemeanor, not even sure if a cop ran Russ's name that this would pop up in a state outside of Utah. If it was a felony, absolutely. Of course, if Russ went back to Utah, he may have to face the music. But with stuff like this, many times the courts just wait for some chance encounter with a police officer where your name is ran, to be arrested.
There are sometimes exceptions to this, but typically police don't send fugitive task forces out to try and locate people for arrest warrants over misdemeanors.

I don't know if Russ will be terribly happy living in a big city like Vegas. I know SLC isn't small by any stretch, but Vegas has about twice the population, with a larger gulf in the racial demographics. Given the property locations in his price range, he is definitely going to be in one of the lower-rent neighborhoods, with the issues accompanying those areas. Granted, it might make it easier for him to get some rental poon, but that's assuming he even goes outside.

I'm sure someone has already notified the court that Russ skipped town. Like you said, it's a misdemeanor, they're not going expend a lot of effort on him. They have actual violent criminals to track down. I'm sure he'll get popped in Vegas for something, he's inclined to fuck up somehow, and he's about to find unforgiving Vegas is as compared to Salt Lake City.

Should we start a bet on whether he gets picked up for solicitation? That'd be my guess.

So if he's picked up in Vegas, for let's be real here solicitation as we all know he's going to be when he tries to negotiate a better price, will his misdemeanor count against him? And if so would he have to be sent back to Utah and face consequences?

If he gets picked up while on probation his 180-day suspended sentence kicks in. No idea if he’d have to serve it in Utah though.

I wonder if he understands that prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas itself. I read about guys who go to Vegas, solicit a hooker, get arrested and scream that it's legal and shocked to learn it's not.

Meanwhile the smart ones will call up one of the legal brothels and they'll send out a limo to pick them up. Granted it's like several hours away by car but at least you're doing it where it's legal.

Maybe that's what Russ is hoping for considering that Hoff isn't around anymore. Although I think they'd still have his name on file.

Hof lifted his ban before he died. But he's so well known among the sex workers that he gets denied a lot.
