Honestly why the hell don't these cases just go straight to the supreme court?

Here in spain there's a mechanism for that, some cases skip the entire shit and go there right from the get go, and I think we do it mostly wrong, 'cause the case getting sent there over here are mostly the corruption cases and shit like that, so it's basically the swamp ensuring that only their apointees judge them, which as you can imagine back before the uniparty broke was a real issue. But as much as I criticized my country for doing it. There ARE exceptions that really should get there ASAP, and I'd say electoral fraud, which is basically the most urgent issue a country can encounter outside of a war declaration, and which you know will inevitably go there, is exactly the most glaring example of a case that should really skip the lower courts right off the bat.
 
I didn't think Styx's video was all that bad to be honest. He said the SCOTUS won't put its finger on the scales because it will rule on dry legal stuff. However, given that Biden is cagey about stacking the court it should do so because if he does all future Presidents will mess with it by 'adding and removing justices'. And so, in an almost Pinochetian Minarchist justification, even though it's bad for the SCOTUS to rule for political rather than purely legal reasons it prevents much worse illegality later.

This is like in Chile where, if you compare the death toll to Cuba each communist thrown out of a helicopter saved about four to five lives depending on if the Communists count as 'lives'. Frankly, I sometimes wish they'd have killed more to save more but I can see the justification that, as with salt in recipes, there's an optimum level and you don't want to overdo it as the Commies do with political murder and the Germans do with salt. Pinochetian Minarchism believes there's an optimum level of political murder somewhere between zero and 'Castro' which shows that really, they are the Big Brained Centrists.

If he gets back in I'm sure we'll see all those Patriot Act powers quietly come back under a different name. And, come to think of it, if Biden gets in we'll see the same thing. The only difference is how the media will react. Outrage and fearmongering about dictatorship if Trump does it, total silence and debunkings of 'conspiracy theories' if Biden does.

Nah, man. You don't get it. The reason the Dems used this much fraud is to stump him now, he was gonna take both parties down and they couldn't allow it. When SCOTUS orders recounts by unbiased third observers you'll see, every state will turn yellow, Jeb! will get 538 electors and america will see an era of light. As soon as he is set on the white house, Covid will end, because communist viri fear him, then so will climate change, because the energy that radiates from him will be enough to power all electrical equipment from now on. He is the beacon of terra, and he will lead us to glory!

The house intentionally left it in a limbo state, so they can push through it's renewal again if they get Biden in. Specifically, when Trump said he'd veto it, they delayed voting on it instead of canceling it outright.
