Don't be silly, they won't ever use that language for ejaculators. Only women get to be bleeders, vulva people, menstruators and owners of cervixes. Men will continue to be referred to as men. Because despite these language changes being supposedly to be inclusive of trans men, it's really trans women who are being coddled here. This tweet puts it well:

because voicing dissent is heresy and heresy is punished by excommunication

or in more practical terms, speaking out agains tthe left gets you branded as a bigot, an -ist, a -phobe, which in many places means you immediately lose much of your social circle and become unemployable to a degree similar to ex-cons with sex offender status

Because it isn't really just TiMs who hate women. Both TiMs and TiFs hate women; they hate them for the same things but for different reasons. Society has a tendency to infantilize women; this is what makes society a "patriarchy", though a lot of us (understandably) want to dismiss that term out-of-hand because of all the obnoxious feminists (both radfems and libfems, but I find the libfems far more annoying and dishonest) wielding the term like a cudgel, but it's true. Men are usually in charge and women are less likely to be accepted as leaders and seen as needing to be protected, and it's not just because men have taken the power for themselves but because women have also taken the protected status for themselves.

And TiMs and TiFs alike both resent this state of affairs, but TiMs envy women's place in patriarchy while TiFs resent it. TiMs hate the fact that women fight against this and TiFs hate the fact that women haven't been successful. To a degree they also have similar hatred for men, but it just doesn't reach the same levels because, despite the name, patriarchy kind of centers women. Yes, men are expected to take the active role in society, but that's because they are expected to protect women (and children), it's safe to assume that men would strive for power and wealth even if there wasn't a patriarchy. Women are restricted in a patriarchy, but it's not for the benefit of men. tl;dr TiMs and TiFs are unsatisfied with their role within patriarchy and blame women who are fundamentally at the core of patriarchy.

Both kinds trans people no like ladies!
Society think women are babies! Men more likely be leaders, women less likely! Men bigger and stronger! Women more likely have protected status like special womens-only sports or legal differences. Men want protected status too!
Trans "women" (men) want have special lady privileges! Trans "men" (woman) don't like being ladies! Both sides mad!
