If Trump had lost legitimately sure. When 100k votes are only going to Biden in states like WI and MI (as in not even to the third parties), that's literally time to start the lawsuits.

I think that Styx brought up a good point regarding the outcome of the election.
It appears that whoever the winner ends up being, the winning number is going to end up being so close to 270 that it would truly reflect how divided the nation has become. Neither side would view the other candidate as legitimate at this rate.
