It depends on the circumstances. Short answer is yes, medium answer is it is a balance between damage to child from medications and the damage a mentally ill mother would produce. Also if you were on them during the pregnancy you can't go cold turkey to breastfeed as the baby will go through withdrawal.
Also, milk is made from your blood stream, and so whatever percentage is in your blood is what the baby gets. So the baby won't get a full prescription load of an anti depressant, they'd get a tiny amount. It's pretty negligible for most antidepressants in the SSRI/SNRI class.
