Mister Metokur, Null, and @Bryan Dunn are driving down the road with a car full of weed and guns when a lady cop pulls them over. She says “I should arrest you all but I’m feeling generous. I’m gonna measure your dicks and if they don’t add up to 21 inches, you’re going to jail.”

If by "making the cow suffer", ghostface means "sending him kf notifications about people asking about outlines or verifying things" , he's hit the nail on the head
