X to doubt, they'd be a medical anomaly and I imagine you'd see a big stir in certain circles from it. From my reading it seems that most cases of PMDS result in an underdeveloped uterus and while you may have the uterus, cervix, and fallopian tubes you're missing the very important thing needed to create the baby, the ovaries and eggs or you might have some small deformed non-functional ones. while missing other parts I assume because the ovary analogous structure still go on to form testicles as you are still biologically male. I don't see any cases mentioned where someone with this has proper fertility into adulthood without surgical intervention as this issue often causes your gonads (the male testes) to have issues (undescended) but they're still a male organ and I see absolutely no cases saying that both reproductive structures are functional. It even says fertility is usually lost with one paper saying only something like five people they observed having it maintained, with I believe early intervention.

She's a combined ob/gyn and GRS surgeon, quite a unique combination (most GRS surgeons don't even seem to have seen a naked female close-up). Maybe Kevin let something along those lines slip?
