Actually I wanna ask what do you guys think of the Phobos lines of primaris? I was out of the hobby for a while and I saw these marines and instantly fell in love with them. I always used more scouts then I needed so I was happy full fledged marines started doin more recon.

it’s a little sad since they seem to be shat on the most of the primaris line online.

I have my first completed army bought for 40k, went with Tyranids and have around 2400ish points, shooty list because i suspect they will get an model range update in the next edition if not this one and I want the new models to be melee goodness. They will be painted as hive fleet Ouroboros. Pictures when i get to it, first im going to finish the AoS crap I started this spring but couldn't finish because i shattered my elbow.

Krieg players seem more on the spectrum than most.
There is no way all the guys complaining online were Krieg players. Unless recasters are that cheap there is no way (a lot) of people bought fully forge world armies.

What kind of puzzles me is the complaining for the loss of Elysians seemingly doesn’t come close to this. It shows how big Kriegs fanbase is for better or worse. Makes me mad no one cares for my paratrooper boys while grimderp gas masks has all the love.

I frankly think this is the starting of the end of FW. Bligh carried it on his back but the products themselves were subpar imo. I’m picturing they drop most miniature stuff and become specialist game’s only.

For anyone wondering about the Space Marine Chapters that participated in the Badab Wars, the "Chapters of Renown" page might contain chapter tactics pertaining to them:

In fact, the following paragraph seems to indicate such:

Also, @Love_Machine011 gets to have Custodes datasheets.
🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆
Not sure about rules, though.

No Lias Issodon(sad Raptor noises)

I'm cooking up a rather Phobos heavy list of essentially Raptors. Phobos Captain(probably upgraded to Chapter Master to be Lias Issodon) with Ex Tenebris from the Raven Guard relics and Lord of Deceit to free strategic reserve Phobos units, like Incursors to grab objectives and Eliminators/Lias to kill things. Infiltrator with Helix Adept for holding objectives in my side, Incursors for more aggressive holding. Fuck Reivers.

Actually thinking one of these guys might be nice as a Proxy for Lias.

You know its bad when even the shills come out to talk about DKOK being fucked.

Over in AoS, the new gargants have the extremely funny ability to pick up and carry an objective marker. Forget crowding around the supply cart, the gargants carry it around on their shoulder.

Those kind of flavorful rules remind me of the glory days of Oldhammer.

Hahahaha oh wow. It’s almost as good as when space marines could transport terrain around the table.

I think it’s for brownie points like I said Krieg is SUPER popular. Elysians didn’t get this kind of outrage iirc.
No one actually gave a fuck about elysians. Dkok have always been what people cared about.

I will say now though. I'm buying all of my dkok recast. Fuck em.

Tbh speaking as a person who is finally upgrading to primaris I feel like the people who work on AOS put a lot more soul into it than 40k.

some battle tomes have languages, marking explanations, tattoo ideas, and interesting paint guides. Older 40k codexes used to have this but it just feels like GW is not trying since 40k is massive while AoS needs to tooth and claw it’s way through.

It's a shame the more specialized parts of the Imperial Guard don't get that much attention outside of Krieg, Catchalla, and Cadia.
