It’s the same thing with Kavanaugh. The only things that would have prevented her nomination was enough Republicans turning on Trump or a Democrat controlled Congress. By all means, ACB is definitely qualified for the job, and so long as she has no criminal history, there’s no reason why she shouldn’t be part of the Supreme Court (unless for the reasons mentioned above).
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but she's getting sworn in by Justice Thomas. Isnt that the guy that JOE BIDEN tried to smear when he was getting confirmed. If true, sooner or later, karma truly has everyone's balls.

That would take a constitutional amendment. It doesn't have nearly enough support from either the populace at large or the legislative bodies needed, like Congress and state legislatures. Any legislative attempt to change this would be ruled unconstitutional by almost every judge, whether on the left or on the right. If the Democrats (or the Republicans, when they bring it up) want to do this thing, they're going to have to go about it by amending the constitution. And no one wants that.

I’d rather have age limits for the Supreme Court than term limits. In fact, age limits for all the branches of government would be nice.

Kaiser Wilhelm was an adept politician, perhaps one of the best at his time. When you look at the situation of Germany it was very tough and very difficult, but Wilhelm improved her situation by improving the German high seas fleet. The British were mad, mad, mad, hares, and went against Germany even opposing their best interests in doing so. Allying Austria was a strategically brilliant decision which only failed because of the incompetence of the Austrian high command.
