Erica is Erica McCord, who posts here as @EriMin

Her involvement in the lawsuit came about following an affidavit by Faisal Ahmed, in which he claimed that Vic forcibly kissed her without her consent. She submitted an unsworn declaration refuting this claim and several others that Faisal made about her.

When people like Caitlin Glass are retweeting Monica, wishing her happy birthday, and casting her in dubs, it should be a given that the friendship with Vic has ended.

I'm holding out hope that Vic'll be on Nick's show one day, maybe once the court case is over. Then he'll hopefully get real drunk and just be open and honest about everything and everybody.
