A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

The rules are actually pretty hilarious and you can tell they were written pre-Transmania when you didn't have to tip-toe around matters of troondom. You could just be like "Uhh you're super ugly and kind of making this awkward for everyone so...yeah...you can't play."

It's also funny that, whenever these rules were written (the language makes it sound like 30-40 years ago), the authors were already aware of how awful most MTF trannies are. That they're attention seeking, that they go out of their way to look ridiculous (middle-aged men smearing on makeup and wearing tube tops), that they don't even try to blend in with women and often enough try to bully women. The rules were practically written specifically for this guy.

It's also not entirely exclusionary either. If you're a decently passing tranny who respects boundaries, you can join.

I'm so sick of hearing that a troon is upset as a reason things should change.

Hell, I'm sick of hearing about all these situations where one person doesn't get to do what they want, and throwing a tantrum to the press is meant to help them get their way. It's just particularly galling when it's troons, because they only ever appeal to emotion, they demand everyone accommodate them while they insist on how they have to be true to themselves over everyone else, and the feelings of everyone else involved is never relevant, only theirs.

It makes me think that, however high the studies have comorbidity between trooning and narcissism, it's not high enough. Especially for MtFs.

The main study of comorbidities came out of Iran, but that's not a great source since many, if not most, Iranian trannies transition to avoid being persecuted for being gay. Something like half of them have a personality disorder, the most common being narcissism. I'm guessing the number of Western trannies with comorbidities is way higher. Even if they're not clinical narcissists, they're so self-centered and entitled, they might as well be.

The current tranny bullshit is far more recent than that.

This was on TV 2003-2007:

and correctly identifies that trannies are men to be laughed at for being ridiculous.

Back on TV briefly in 2016

Repeat Child Sex Offender Begins ‘Transgender’ Procedures Shortly Before Sentencing

CA — Guelph, Southwestern Ontario. A repeat child sex offender has been sentenced to nine years in prison for the long-term sexual abuse of a small child who was in his care.

Michael Arthur Weil, aged 45, was found to have abused a position of trust or authority to sexually molest and take showers with a child, dress up the child in sexualized clothing, and watch pornography with the child. The sex of the child and the child’s relationship to the abuser are being withheld from the public to protect the privacy of the survivor.

The abuse took place from 2007 to 2008, when the child was ages four to six. Mr Weil was arrested after the survivor revealed the traumatic abuse history to a trusted high school teacher. During the time of the sexual abuse, Mr Weil was still on probation for a 2006 guilty plea to sexually assaulting and making pornography with a seven-year-old. Mr Weil had been released after serving seven months of a 13-month sentence. Mr Weil’s latest conviction was on November 2019. Since then, he has been identifying as a woman and has “formally commenced a change of gender procedure.”

Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, Mr Weil’s late September sentencing hearing took place over Zoom, a video conferencing app. Throughout the Superior Court hearing, the pedophile was referred to by the female pronouns he prefers. The Crown read the victim impact statement for the court. The statement set “out in detail the negative and long-lasting impact of the sexual assaults” on the survivor. Mr Weil, who married in 2016, could be seen lying in bed with a woman during the Zoom hearing. Despite the conviction, Mr Weil’s wife “does not believe” he committed the crimes, and provided a statement of support. The wife’s three children reside with her former partner.

The judge ordered Mr Weil to submit a DNA sample, and register as a sex offender for life. He was handed a lifetime prohibition against talking to anyone under 16 without court-approved supervision, and visiting or working in schools, playgrounds, community centers or other places a child would reasonably be expected to be found. He is also permanently barred from possessing weapons.

Due to COVID-19, sentencing was conducted using the Zoom video platform. While being sentenced, Weil could be seen in a T-shirt, laying in what appeared to be a bed with the covers pulled up. It also appeared that her eyes were closed for most of the decision. At one point the camera panned over to show a woman with dark hair beside her in bed.
How are there no photos of that creep?

Weil had also previously pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting and making child pornography with a seven-year-old in 2006. She had been released after serving seven months of a 13 month sentence
7 months for creating child porn. We need to bring back community justice.

"Trans inmates must be placed in an institution appropriate to their self-identified gender or housing preference, unless it can be proven that there are overriding health or safety concerns present, which cannot be resolved."
Yeah.

World Rugby Bars Transgender Women, Baffling Players

World Rugby is the first international sports federation to block transgender women from global competitions, even though it has long preached a motto of inclusivity.

By Gillian R. Brassil and Jeré Longman

Grace McKenzie started playing rugby in 2018. While at a technology conference in San Francisco, she was approached by a few ruggers who recommended that she try out for a recreational team. As a transgender athlete, McKenzie jumped at the chance to participate in a sport whose international governing body promoted the motto “Rugby for All.”

“Before rugby found me, I was at a low,” McKenzie, 26, said, explaining that she often encountered people who disrespected her gender identity. “In rugby, I found people who accepted me for who I am.”

In a sport that had embraced athletes of different sizes, shapes, abilities and gender identities, McKenzie and other transgender ruggers felt blindsided in recent months when word spread that World Rugby planned to exclude transgender women from women’s teams at top international events, even though none yet are known to have played at the sport's highest levels.

“It may have a minimal impact right now, but it certainly sets a cement ceiling,” said Joanna Harper, a researcher in England who is transgender and has long studied transgender athletes.

On Oct. 9, World Rugby became the first international sports governing body to institute a ban on transgender women competing in global competitions like the Olympics and the women’s Rugby World Cup. Each country can determine whether to continue to permit transgender women to participate in domestic rugby competitions.

After nine months of review and deliberation, World Rugby said that in a collision sport where at least one injury typically occurs per match, “safety and fairness cannot presently be assured for women competing against trans women in contact rugby.”

Rugby officials said they worried that transgender women could cause serious injuries when tackling cisgender women. (Cisgender people are those whose gender identity matches their assigned sex at birth.)

At puberty, male athletes generally gain physiological advantages for many sports, including a larger skeletal structure and greater muscle mass and strength. As a result, men and women mostly compete in separate divisions.

There is little or no scientific research regarding the performance of elite transgender athletes, experts say. But some studies have indicated that residual strength and muscle mass advantages largely remain when people assigned as males at birth undergo testosterone suppression for a year.

World Rugby’s ban was announced months after a prominent Swedish study of 11 transgender women showed that after a year of testosterone inhibition, the women maintained the muscle strength in their thighs and lost only 5 percent of the muscle mass.

Grace McKenzie said she generally thought of rugby as an inclusive sport before World Rugby’s ban. “In rugby, I found people who accepted me for who I am,” she said.Credit...Jackie Finlan/The Rugby Breakdown

“If sports don’t take care of the safety issue, sports will die,” said Ross Tucker, an exercise physiologist from South Africa who advised World Rugby on the ban. “Mothers won’t put their children in these collision-type sports because of the danger.”

But ruggers and activists who oppose the ban say it is a solution in search of a problem.

A number of leading rugby-playing nations oppose the ban. And athletes who are in favor have been reluctant to come forward in fear of backlash. That viewpoint, in a time of heightened political polarization, generally goes against the inclusivity espoused by international sports, including at the Olympics.

“It’s about policing female bodies,” said Verity Smith, 39, of Britain, a transgender man who competed on women’s teams for 26 years before transitioning and was a silent observer at the World Rugby deliberations. “These governing bodies automatically assume that all female-bodied athletes are not as strong as male-bodied ones, when that simply isn’t the case.”

No scientific studies have been conducted specifically on transgender women in rugby, said Harper, the researcher.

And there are no examples of transgender women causing serious injuries to cisgender women, said Anne Lieberman, the director of policy and programs for Athlete Ally, an advocacy group for women and L.G.B.T.Q. participants in sports.

The rugby issue plays into a wide, complex question throughout sports about how to balance inclusivity, safety and fairness when considering athletes who transition from male to female. The sports world has tended toward inclusivity, though the issue remains contentious.

A federal judge in Idaho recently halted a ban on transgender women competing in all sports in the state. And in New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce University changed its policy of allowing transgender athletes to compete to help settle a case with the U.S. Department of Education. That challenge surfaced when CeCe Telfer won an N.C.A.A. track championship, taking first place in the Division II women’s 400-meter hurdle race last year.

The Tokyo Olympics, set for next July and August, and the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand next September would be the first major international competitions that would block transgender ruggers at the door if they happen as scheduled given the coronavirus pandemic.

However, no transgender women would have been expected to compete in the Rugby Sevens at the Tokyo Olympics or in the 2021 women’s Rugby World Cup, regardless of the ban.

Isabella Macbeth Cain said World Rugby was not interested in hearing the voices of trangender athletes when considering its ban.

U.S.A. Powerlifting, which does not oversee an Olympic sport, bars transgender women from competition. But Olympic-related sports other than rugby do not completely block transgender women from competing on teams that match their gender identity. Track and field requires transgender women to suppress and maintain their testosterone levels below a certain limit to remain eligible to compete in certain running events.

Four women’s rugby powers, the United States, England, Canada and Australia, said they would ignore the ban when holding domestic competitions. New Zealand is expected to follow suit.

“We want to make sure we strike the balance between safety and fairness so won’t be rushing into any decision,” said Ken Quarrie, New Zealand Rugby’s chief scientist.

Transgender women ruggers said none were invited to discussions by World Rugby officials before the ban was implemented.

“They didn’t listen to feedback from rugby-playing nations,” Lieberman, the activist, said. “Looking at major rugby countries, this ban is largely unacceptable.”

Isabella Macbeth Cain, 33, of South Carolina, who started playing the sport after she transitioned, said World Rugby did not show interest in hearing her voice or similar voices.

“My team wanted me there, they were pulling me into the fray of it,” she said of the decision. “The World Rugby ban is so the opposite of everything I’ve come to know about rugby.”

Harper, the researcher, recommended, as a compromise between a ban and no restrictions, that teams be allowed one transgender player per international competition. Since there are few transgender women in rugby — for instance, there are four who are self-identified in the United Kingdom, where the sport is popular — setting a limit would not exclude athletes at the moment, she said.

Transgender men are permitted to play on men’s teams as long as they sign a waiver and undergo a physical proving that they are safe to play. They are not allowed to compete on women’s teams after starting testosterone enhancement treatments. Transgender women can play on elite men’s teams, however there are no known examples of transgender women wanting to do so.

Transgender women can still play mixed-gender, non-contact rugby, World Rugby announced, although guidelines for elite mixed-gender rugby are still being formulated. Transgender women who transitioned before puberty can also play women’s rugby after confirming medical treatment that would have prevented biological changes that occur primarily via testosterone during puberty.

Even with the recent ban, the prohibition of transgender women ruggers is not considered permanent. More research will be conducted, World Rugby said, and the guidelines will undergo a formal review every three years.

“Sports want to be a reflection of society, and society wants to be inclusive,” said Tucker, the South African scientist. “It’s a difficult, complex issue — the most complex issue in collision sports.”

Fuck off you blind goddamn assholes just look at them.
Look, you should know by now that an academic has no knowledge of anything unless there's a study that says something on the matter. "What, use my eyes? That's not the scientific method!"

Oh look, someone to rival the stupidity of Rhys Mckinnon. These disingenuous fucks know very well that the argument for sports segregation isn't that ALL men are stronger than ALL women but they throw that bullshit out there anyway hoping that the women who have been told since childhood that they can do anything men can do get mad and allow the troons into their sports to show the terfs that they aren't weak. And the sad thing is that it often works. If female athletes as a whole don't start putting up some kind of very real resistance to this, then it is getting harder for me to care. I always will, of course, because what's happening is beyond unfair, but goddamn some of these women are eager to fuck themselves and their sports over just to show how kind and inclusive they are.
Fuck off you blind goddamn assholes just look at them.
Exactly. I hate when we are expected to provide "scientific evidence" that these hulks shouldn't be competing with women. Use your fucking eyes.

Why is Joanna Harper still poking his head out? In case you are wondering, Harper is a troon who did some very small studies on the athletic performance of troons. He tried to present his findings to the International Association of Athletics Federations but his evidence was found wanting. Now what gives him the authority to play consultant?

No scientific studies have been conducted specifically on transgender women in rugby, said Harper, the researcher.
Demanding individualized studies to be conducted for each and every type of sports, hundreds if not thousands of varieties, is a stupid dilatory tactic.

Transgender Serial Sex Assailant Continues “Sexual Deviant Lifestyle,” “Sexual Compulsivity” Behind Bars

NZ — Dunedin, Otago. A serial sexual assailant who was imprisoned in 2017 following a violent rape in an alleyway and indecent assaults against flatmates has recently been denied parole.

Alex Aleti Seu, who is male and identifies as a woman, was wearing feminine clothing and carrying a handbag when he followed a “highly intoxicated” man who was leaving a bar in Dunedin’s Octagon. The perpetrator dragged the other man into an alley, and dazed him by throwing him up against a brick wall.

Mr Seu then pulled the intoxicated man’s pants down and began violating him. The man briefly escaped and pulled his pants back up, but Mr Seu caught up to him and forced him down in the grounds of a church. The perpetrator pulled the man’s pants down, and resumed the rape. The June 2016 attack left the survivor with rectal injuries and “severe psychological” impacts.

While out on bail, Mr Seu groped his two male flatmates, and pressed his buttocks against their genital region. The assaults took place on August 10 and August 18. Mr Seu pleaded guilty to Unlawful Sexual Connection With A Male Over 16, Indecent Assault and Assault With Intent To Commit Sexual Violation. He was assessed as high-risk of re-offending in a pre-sentence report. Declaring Mr Seu “extremely high risk,” Judge Kevin Phillips sentenced him to six years and nine months in prison.

The 34-year-old appeared before the parole board on October 15 of this year. The Parole Board Assessment Report deemed Mr Seu “an undue risk to the community.” Board panel convenor Judge Charles Blackie said his decision to deny parole was based on the fact that the inmate is now classified as a high-security prisoner. Appearing to blame the inmate’s same-sex orientation for his continued “sexual deviant lifestyle and her sexual compulsivity” behind bars, the judge noted that Mr Seu had “incurred a number of misconducts as a result of her sexual orientation.”

Mr Seu will be up for parole again next October. The judge said Mr Seu may only become eligible for release following treatment and a “comprehensive psychological report commenting on treatment completed to date, further treatment required, current risk, further comment on release proposals and safety plan.” While the nature of Mr Seu’s offending makes him unsuitable for Adult Sex Offender treatment, the judge found, Mr Seu should receive “one-to-one treatment with a psychologist.”

incurred a number of misconducts as a result of her sexual orientation

As a straight woman??? As a gay man??? But a gay man is not 'her'... Being a tranny is a sexual orientation??? What am I reading here. The language itself is turning into gibberish.

There are lots of comments over on their Twitter feed, and it's pretty clear that even in that troon friendly echo chamber that people are getting fed up with just being kind and telling them where to stick it. After all, we all know that the only way this will create more opportunities for real women will be when half the current players get carted off to hospital with broken necks.

It's from Cucknadia. Instead of putting these creeps on a registry they give them a medal and a free new identity.
I wonder if this would also get around the rules for convicted felons being barred entry to other countries? Hopefully, not, since I think Canada as something like an SSN.

Someone needs to assemble a team of chads, have them identify as women, and play the troon teams. Take care not to hurt the real women but crush these troons.

No scientific studies have been conducted specifically on transgender women in rugby, said Harper, the researcher.
Scientists won't do a study if the results might make them look bad or hurt their careers.
If a study was done and it shows that transwomen perform much better than cis women (and it almost certainly will), its more likely that the scientist will come under attack for publishing their findings and be accused of attempting to inspire bigotry. If the scientific community, or at least members of it, find something is against their morals, rejecting it on a moral basis is not difficult.
Don't forget that there are gender 'experts' who can use these powers based on their authority and title alone.
