I honestly wonder if they care or are just fine with it since Digi is an adult and can make his own decisions so they are indifferent on it. His parents seemed to regularly check in on his social media posts and content so I am sure they are aware of a lot of what is going on at least to the same degree as us.

It baffles me that despite having (relatively) normal people around (Victor, Tom, Zen and maybe Nate), Digi chooses to hang around with fuck ups. Like he wants to ruin his life.

If that was cocaine he posted, I hope he knew that possession of at least 1-4 grams is a 3rd degree felony in Texas. Digi, and the other fuck ups if they have drugs on them as well, could face a few years of jail time and significant fines.
