Well, it's Nevada vs Miami, but you get the idea.

Nevada is definitely winnable for Trump. The Democrats funded globalist shitheel and weirdo Gary Johnson to run as a Libertarian and this was the result in 2016

If Johnson hadn't have picked up 3.32%, mostly from Republicans, Trump would have won.

Historically the Libertarian Party has polled much lower.

I remember back in 2016 I did a isidewith survey and initially it came back Trump. Later on they tweaked it to say Johnson. Really makes you think.

Here's something I haven't seen mentioned anywhere. Cubans for Trump in Little Havana:

It's almost like the media is trying to hide all the enthusiasm that people have for Trump. Nah, the media would never do such a thing.

Bit of a good news. Schumer's attempt to delay Barrett's confirmation failed (archive). He'll try again, but he won't get the bipartisan support he needs to make that a reality. October 26th confirmation it is.

That brings me to another question, can the Pennsylvanian Republican apply for a repeal so that with nine Supreme Court Justices, they can come to a final decision before Election Day on whenever or not Pennsylvania Democrats can steal the state count the ballot for three days after Election Day?

The idea that this is an illegitimate process is absurd. If RGB had died after the election Trump could still nominate and the Senate still could confirm a justice until the next president is sworn in. The Constitution only says the president nominates and the Senate confirms, so until Trump is no longer the president, he still has the power to nominate judges and justices.

The weird thing is that you should (in theory) have nothing to worry about. It's the job of the Supreme Court to rule things unconstitutional, not strike them down.

The fact that they keep reeeing about health care means that they know parts of it are unconstitutional. Or they just feel like reeeing about something. Or it's all projection like the Ukraine deal they tried to pin on Trump.

I am actually kind of aggravated.

Is Roberts such a worthless excuse for a human being he is willing to let the country suffer through Bush v. Gore Redux just because he hates Trump?
Hey man, he just doesn't those island visits leaked.

But yeah, TDS is a bitch.

Let's be real here.

If the stay doesn't get granted when ACB gets in, if it comes down to PA what is going to happen is that we are getting Bush v. Gore II: Electric Boogaloo.

That decision would be 5-4. It would be madness.

fucking christ i thought danish mommy jorgensen was the first lolbertarian candidate that simped for open borders and illegal immigrants. why do third parties have to be such a fucking joke in this nation again

I voted for Johnson in 2016 as part of a shallow 'fuck both sides' reaction and I honestly regret it even though it was in a state where it didn't matter at all. The Lolbertarian Party has only become an even bigger joke over the last four years.

This applies to everything that the democrats are afraid of going before the court. Like their preferred gun control laws

I saw a sign for Jorgenson along a pile of roadside signs, mostly demshit.
Tea Party was the worst thing to even happen to them, now they're just liberaltarians since the "Pot Smoking Republican Independent Contracters" demographic dipped on them.
