Its obvious from the typefaces used that it is not a screenshot. That you can select the text in-browser demonstrates that. If you save the image from that link it saves a blank template with just the line and the VP, no text. It is the result of someone OCRing it or some kind of on-site conversion to make it web interactive.

It is Scribd, so of course I cannot download the original to compare.

Ah man I love and loathe the Krassensteins. They're all absolutely insane, scammer, degenerates. I don't get their endgame at all but they attract other insane people so it's fun to read the tweets and replies sometimes. This is one of those times.
On the flip side, it's scary that these are all real people who conveniently ignore the Krassenstein past.

It looks like it's something built from bits and pieces since the main body of the email is built from HTML, rather than any kind of full PDF.

I had a .EML or some such file browser that I used for some Wikileaks release that did similar. It was the best one I could find and it was utter shite. I don't recall its name, but after using it to peruse thousands of emails I grew to despise it so much.
 
This looks better sourced than 95% of all the hit pieces on Trump. But if I'm wrong correct me.

Either way the concern trolling in this thread insisting that it's fake glows harder than Jim's cancer treatment.

Scribd transforms uploaded documents. If you send it a screenshot, it will try to reproduce the graphics and encode the text using their own proprietary format. When you zoom in on them, images will pixelate - because they are web graphics. Text will remain human readable.

This is part of their copy protection scheme. Try doing cut and paste on the text of a long form document. You are going to find letters being combined and glyphs where words should be.
 
For a fake right wing conspiracy they sure did shut it down at breakneck speeds.
