Also on a side note, apparently /vp/ has a massive hate-boner for almost all the male characters in that game (especially Leon and Raihan)

/vp/ is full of speds who have a massive hate boner for the series in general. What is weird is that there is always a Pokeboys thread going on and it is one of the more civil parts of the board.

Speaking of /vp/ some dude decided to post a picture of himself with his Switch in a funeral home next to his grandma’s open casket. He got rightfully torn apart.
 
I was gifted the dlc and I like it ok, didn't pay attention to the dialogue but there's no Hop or Hau so I'm pretty happy. The one thing that does kind of annoy me is how slow all the pokemon are though, I get it but I really want them to keep up with me when I walk, at the very least, and almost none of them (my favorites at least) seem to be able to unless I'm walking at a crawl. I think I really am just growing out of the series, I just can't seem to muster much enthusiasm for it. I hope the new dlc is good but they haven't shown us anything new, just a slowking (saw the legendary birds a long time ago, theyrreally don't count) so I'm going to go ahead and assume that these are really the only new forms we're gonna get.
 
Well damn. I saw that screenshot on twitter before but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it came from /vp/

Downside is your player gets quickly thrown aside for better characters as Pikachu doesn’t evolve, Torchic doesn’t evolve, the Kanto starters are an ass to evolve, the eggs are pains to raise and Sogaleo (the one good Pokémon the insert gets) is a fucking event only.

I know this shit is real because of the coffin hand pic but I swear the first pic looks like they just took their hand and switch and just copy pasted it on the funeral background, then again that might just be me having to much faith in humanity to believe it was real at first.

I haven't tested it or anything, but the only thing that I've had walking behind me that can actually keep up is Inteleon.

Cursola hardly even moves.

There's been leaks basically since Isle of Armor came out. These don't reveal anything new (though they do confirm and validate the earlier stuff.)

There are 2 unannounced pokemon in the dex, before calyrex. Their codenames, Hakuba and Kokuba, basically translate to White Horse and Black Horse. They seem to have the ability to join with Calyrex, leading to guesses he'll mount them or something.

Also, the map's a lot bigger. There's definitely a flag to allow for following pokemon in the Crown Tundra, too.
