The wind probably has something to do with it, as its pushing his hair in very unfavorable way. But aside from that, Biden has seriously aged extremely rapidly throughout this campaign.
Stress usually accelerates aging, you can see that in all presidents. But Biden already was loosing his mind when this started, and honestly, having seen old people completely loose their marbles slowly, I can certainly notice many of the patterns, both in the way he acts and in the way his appearance changes. I'm almost certain he's not hidrating properly, which jokes aside can happen if you start having issues swallowing (it happens a lot to dementia patients, and requires a very long and arduous treatment on low stress high care environments to fix, and I am fairly sure a presidential race is about as far removed from "low stress" as you can get without being on an active warzone). Honestly, we all knew he was getting canned by his handlers as soon as the election ended, but if he keeps deteriorating this fast I'm not sure he'll make it to the elections. I mean, I ain't no specialist my experience with this comes from family ties, but I've seen it many times and if I were to judge by looks I'd say he's either gonna fall from dehidration or choking on his own fluids in a week or two. Harris is gonna have to wear his face House of 1000 Corpses style to keep him in the race.

We've had totally consolidated globohomo rule since I've been alive, Bushes, Clintons, Bushes again, Clintons again aka Obama, all of their presidencies backed up by a stable of bushclinton clones in various high level positions, and nothing but the barest scraps thrown to the actual American people. Whatever you think of Trump, he's a major change, and shows that changes to the system ARE possible, and that the will for change exists. Now we'll see how many people still have the stomach for political turmoil, but even if the voters bitch out and choose another Clinton (I mean Biden), they won't get the "return to normalcy" (I vomit) that they think they want - they'll at most delay the inevitable as the realignment grinds on and the social order decays.
