Unneeded. In person voting fraud is actually fairly rare. And is usually caught through means other than an I.D. Simply put, it's just not feasible to do it on a large scale.

Where really shenanigans CAN happen is with absentee balloting. This basically just checks some information on the roles, what was voted for aaaand. yah, thats it. Even with voter ID laws. Simply getting rid of absentee ballots isn't feasible, as it neccessary for the very ill, the elderly, and biggest of all... the military.

So, how does purging the rolls help this? Simply pout, it means that only those whoa re actively using their ballot are ABLE to vote. Did grandma die? She was already purged off the rolls. Unleash she signed back up prior to dying, but even then she only will be on them one election cycle.

The amount of shenanigans is suddenly massively lowered. No longer is there a decade back of dead people to rely on, no longer can you go into an old folks home and simply abuse them into signing, and no longer can you really ballot harvest.
