So is the scar bit on the labiasack the bit that was falling off/apart that he got treated with silver nitrate or whatever? That seemed to be his main worry a while back (he doesn't mention it now that he's moved on to wondering why he can't dilate properly after months of not dilating properly) so now that it's healed he'll probably be posting lots more photos. It’s amazing how.... featureless it is. It’s like a smooth Barbie crotch with a slit in it. There’s no defining features from either sex’s genitals, just an egg with a crack in it. I don't really think the dude needs compression socks and a wedge pillow. My guess is he needs to stop using so much viagra. That's probably one of his triggers. Stress can also be a trigger -- like forcing yourself to have sex for money. Or pain -- like whatever butthole issue he is dealing with at the moment. I’m a bit behind on the thread so I just grabbed the nearest e begging post I could find since they’re all the same.
Kevin’s only friendships are online. His only meaningful social interactions are on Twitter. He even refers to his followers as his friends in this tweet. And do you know what friends don’t do? They don’t constantly beg you and badger you for money!! A GOOD friend doesn’t ask for money unless they’re really in a bind, and even then they would usually offer to pay you back for the trouble. Now, Kevin is obviously using these saps as paypigs to fuel his toy addiction as I can only assume the bills he has to pay are for a pre-order for some bs baby toy, but the GALL of it all just disgusts me. The only people he interacts with, he wants to pull one over on them. And they do it. Maybe because they really think he has bills to pay. Maybe they’re just too deep into the trans cult. But anyways, it’s incredibly bad form to lie about your financial situation to people who you consider your friends. I know they aren’t really his friends but they’re the closest thing he’s ever gonna get to having real friends. I don’t even necessarily feel bad for those suckers. I just know Kevin is out to take advantage of them, to prey on them. It’s morally empty imo.

The thing that gets me most about the amhole is that it really isn't disgusting as much as it is extremely fake. It looks like God took to Kevin's crotch with the blur tool in photoshop, and it still managed to wrinkle. I feel like you'd just slide right off it if you ever tried to rub one out.

I remember him talking about a hole that opened up just below what the picture showcases. The OP has a section dedicated the surgery and it's complications. I'm not sure if this is in reference to the bit that fell off but this seems to be an ongoing problem.

This looks like a horrible congenital birth defect. A legitimate handicap. Something a girl would be incredibly self conscious about because of how glaringly off it looks. Damn.
So it looks like the picture cuts off before the melon balled hole the doctor carved out. Neovaginas usually have a gaping hole below their labia. And I have a hard time believing he cropped the picture like this on accident. It’s possible, what with the cone tiddy grabbing on display, but still hard to believe. So I’m hold my reservations that we’ve seen the full thing.
