woke cis women love to compliment ogre looking troons as a part of their social justice praxis. Have seen this IRL in woke circles too many times to count. It is because they pity MTFs, real women imagine how awful they would feel about themselves if they were as unattractive as trannies are and justify their bullshitting as trying to help. Lying to people out of pity is a bad idea, it just emboldens them and ultimately leads to humiliation, but temporarily it makes everyone feel better so it happens fairly regularly.
