She definitely does. There's all kinds of evidence on the thread if you look back. Someone will say something here regarding a bit of critique, and she'll address it in hours on a new submission or on her Twitter. Their's no way she'll keep it locked forever either. It's pretty difficult to promote yourself if your account is protected and she does have a "businesses" to run. None of her tweets will show up in hashtags so if she posts art it's only going to be shown to her followers and knowing how much she loves attention that won't fly for long.
