It can go in two directions:
If you're already an incel fantasizing about being a Disney character with a wang the size of a 10-pound sledgehammer, fantasizing about being a woman is not too far from it.
Or,If you're already an incel fantasizing about having tits, adding rainbow fur, uwu emojis and unrealistically large genitals is not a very long jump.
Add to it that the people who turn into furries or troons are often cripplingly vulnerable to peer pressure... yeah. Once the troons got their hands on the furries, it was a foregone conclusion.

No actual man would prefer to have a beard than be bald.
Men know that having a beard when you are bald doesn't harmonize well. Most men don't even grow out their beards and shave every single day. Beards are disgusting even to men.
These troons have less sense of what masculinity is than normal women.
Plus, so many men go bald in their teens and have their whole self esteem fucked over until they decide to get a hair transplant at 30 years old, yet these people pay money for it.

I don't know, but right before my ex transitioned, he got upset with me because I was making fun of otherkins. He was saying we couldn't say for sure otherkin identities weren't real, because "the arguments against it are so similar to the arguments against transgender people."

Beards are disgusting to men? What? Sure some don't prefer them, but plenty of men love having a beard. Also, growing a beard is usually the FIRST piece of advice given to balding men (provided they can grow a decent one) so they don't look like a fuckin' Mr Clean-ass cue ball.

I'm not sure if anybody already answered this but trans masectomies come in different forms. Small breasts don't get the double incision method, but something else. Keyhole or peri or something like that. Leaves barely any/no scars whatsoever and preserves the nipples (no grafts unless the person specifies they want smaller nipples) so they have full sensation unlike those with double incision.

I disagree re: baldies with beards. When you get to my age there aren’t many non-bald men about (Gen X) and a carefully maintained beard is a reasonable way of signalling choice v circumstance for chaps currently in their 40s and 50s (esp those who were skaters/metalheads in more follicly friendly days).
I agree that there is something batshit going on with troons (of both sexes) and baldness though - Male pattern baldness seems to be part of the midlife crisis that instigates many a late transitioning MtFs desire for hormones/cosmetic surgery (when they might’ve been happily cross dressing part time for years) and it also signals the beginning of detransition for many FtMs (they only want the positive bits of being a man, and going bald isn’t part of that fantasy).
If a man handles going bald decisively and doesn’t let it demolish his self esteem, I don’t personally think it need affect his ability to attract a sexual partner. Like I said, by the time you are mid 40s, only 1 in 10 tinder matches have hair anyway, so it’s a pretty level playing field,
