From what I've seen, he started getting attention for making fun of some 17 year old tyrone looking black troon who is popular with those pastel uwu soft troon tumblr types.
I would look into it more and I'm sure it be amusing and all that but I feel like I care enough.
 
How the heck is Stonetoss a Lolcow? He might have a done a few stupid things but that doesn’t make him a Lolcow. If he’s a Lolcow than everyone might as well be.

I think he made some valid points on tracing but his idea that stonetoss is using antoons to further some racist agenda is either absurd or overblown. The fact that he used only snippets of what was probably a minutes long interview says everything you need to know.
 
There was a weird but ultimately failed attempt at the beginning of the thread to consider him a lolcow but now it’s just laughing at terrible edits to his comics or laughing at how his strips turn into real life (the Burger King ad being the latest one).

He’s been successful so far at not getting doxed and not dumb enough to prance around the internet as a thought leader. Practicing a little opsec and keeping his powder dry is going to keep him from being the ADL’s latest expose.

Sometimes when people get threads, it's for the sake of archiving something they do which causes drama. Either their work creates drama, or their community creates drama, or the people around them create drama.

This thread was made with the intent of showing Stonetoss is a lolcow. It failed, but now it's just used to archive his comics and highlight people who take him way, way too seriously.

A lolcow is a subjective term. This thread is observing him and the drama that leaks from the cult he creates. In this case he's making money from drama and hard to mock as a person, whereas some lolcows profit from acting like clowns.
 
I think Stonetoss has some traits of a cow. But at the same time he also lacks a lot of them as well. He's eccentric, but he has self-awareness and doesn't take himself too seriously. He doesn't overreact to everything he perceives to be a slight against him, which for a lot cows is often minor and meaningless things.

Honestly, the amount of frenzied butthurt he causes exemplifies the saying "if you're catching flack, you're over the target."
