Ginsburg was on the progressive wing of the court and would therefore be inclined to rule in favour of immigration and against the second amendment. She was also pro-abortion if that comes up at SCOTUS again in future, though I really don't see Roe v Wade being overturned in today's age.

Personally I'm just glad we won't have a barely living 87 year old ruling on matters of massive national importance anymore.

Isn't Breyer 84?

About 1/10th of elective sterilizations end up with an attempt at reversal, so while there is a good reason for them to be wary of the procedure it does also highlight the importance of abortion as a medical service. So does any familiarity with domestic violence perpetrators, they tamper with birth control quite regularly as a tactic to gain control and maintain contact with a woman.

For someone who's done stellar work on munchies and other wildly abusive women, you can't be this naive. Women sabotage their birth control constantly as well to get money/power over men, who just have to suck it up and deal despite the fact that women have (essentially) plenary power over children and are given priority in basically all cases. Hell, if a woman rapes a man and has his kid, he still owes her 18 years of child support. So this bloo blooing about "muh wammanz rights" in the face of that reality is hypocritical and silly. Equality is a bitch.

This thread is full of a bunch of whiners who are upset that women may not want kids or be scared of childbirth, none of this shit matters. What matters is the type of society you end up with if every accidental pregnancy is taken to term. A huge number of abortion havers are the type of people who fuck up literally anything they try to do with their lives and end up in prison or on welfare or lolcows, being adopted doesn't fix heritable problems and the end result is living in society with many more of these types of people, who actively bring down anyone else in proximity to them.

That's a lot of characters to use to say "niggers."

If we have an election where the Supreme Court can't definitively side one way or the other on the rulings pertaining to the results of the election, I'm... Not exactly sure what happens.
It’s finally Hillary’s turn. Because reasons. Obviously.

"Voting for Joe Biden is not about wherever you agree with him or not"
THAT'S the opening quote? thats how they are rallying support? if they are so aware of the shitstain of a candidate they put on there why didn't they replace him?
"to let democracy live another day"
This is peak "it's not democracy unless we say it is"

Honestly, this is a dark time for the SCOTUS regardless of who is nominated, the Supreme Court of the United States can now be fairly said to be a truly Ruth-Less organization. :smug:

Get a fucking Amendment, that’s how the Constitution works. Invent shit and expect it to be an issue until it is overturned.

They will never go that route. It would remove a wedge issue that Democrats use to frighten crazy cat lady voters.

Isn't that because you guys are taught to hold your emotions in, no matter what?

No, it's because men and women are different, and (on average) women are higher in trait neuroticism.

This is all one helluva preview for November if Trump wins. Hopefully this time around we actually do get to see the Left piss off to other countries.
