Act Up is an AIDS charity. People who have HIV will say they have it to reduce stigma and remind people that people living with (and not dying from) disease happens. I have met middle aged actual gay men who do this. You have to remember that in the 80s having AIDS was a huge, awful deal and kids who got it from blood transfusions were shunned.
That having been said, the U = U thing is bad because it tries to pressure gay men into having sex with positive guys by telling them you can’t get AIDS if he’s on the drugs.

I understand the part about stigma, but still, having a disease, specially a big one like that is such a personal thing that I would only tell about it to people close to me, tbh. And the thing about the U=U and bugchasers is pretty disgusting but to each their own, I guess.

I cannot wait until this troon bullshit gets trampled down. I used to think there was a difference between trans people and troons, but there is no difference, except some try to pass and blend in better than others. They are all mentally ill. They all have the delusion they are really the opposite sex (truscum and trenders alike). They all want society to believe their delusional thinking is reality, because they are so deep into their mental illness and it’s the core of their identity (especially now when you’re put on a pedestal for saying you’re trans). They all think they deserve free surgeries and hormones because “they’re born in the wrong body”, never minding other people also hate their body and get multiple plastic surgeries to escape it, or women with actual need for “cosmetic” surgery only to get denied insurance coverage for it because it’s not life threatening.
And what do we get for indulging into their delusional beliefs? Well now you just state, “I feel like a woman”, “I feel like a man” or “I identify as both, neither, queer, unknown, or don’t wish to disclose”, and you can just waltz into any space you want. And now, “who cares if you decide not to transition and look like a man? All that matters is you feel like a woman on the inside! To “Some women are born with penises and some men have vaginas” and “If you don’t fuck me you’re a transphobe! Fuck your sexuality, my validation of being a true woman/man is more important!”
I mean, when we look at freaks who tried to become animal like, like Lizard Man and Cat Man, we looked at them and laughed for the morons and retards they are. Though I’m sure in today’s climate, they’re living their true authentic selves (and very dedicated furries). But no, we’re applauding, encouraging, brainwashing, mutilating and sterilizing these mentally ill people. “Hormones will drastically alter your appearance and change bone structure!” when that doesn’t happen “Surgeries will fix that for you! But remember to keep taking them hormones!” then when bottom surgery goes bad “Well, obviously you did something wrong for it not to heal properly. I am a surgeon in a highly small niche field! I could never botch a surgery! And besides, you signed an informed consent waiver. You knew there were risks! Good day to you madam/sir, I have another genitalia I need to mutilate”.
I don’t know how many people have to be harmed before the massive pushback against the trans ideology. It looks like it’s coming, but that could still mean at least 10 more years before the damage being done will come into full effect and the truth coming out. In the meantime, we’ll destroy children’s lives, allow for vulnerable people getting abused by people taking advantage of self id laws, allow people to get their bodies mutilated in their unrealistic quest of being the opposite sex, being on hormones for the rest of their lives or having to live with the irreversible effects if they stop taking them, try to deny science and biology so mentally ill people don’t have to face reality, and condemn anyone who doesn’t play along with all this as a transphobic.

It always fills me with such sadness and dread when I see these deviants involve their parents in their fetishes. To suffer through pregnancy and childbirth, taking care of a child, keeping a family together through wet and dry, always managing to keep a roof over their heads and put food on the table, then their child turns out like this. Imo. A lot of the time parents who're ok with their degeneracy are usually pretty fucked up themselves or the insanity is derived from how they were raised/their parents. The diaper troons look like they have something mentally wrong with them so mom is probably just minding her mentally unwell child and this is what keeps them behaved.
